Hey! I've got pregnant in December and delivered my baby on Aug 14th 2023! I just can't believe how strong I'm and given a vaginal birth! I've followed this workout since my 5th month and continued throughout my pregnancy! Seriously! It was worthhh watching and doing regularly! It actually works for me! I did my exercise when the contraction slightly starts and continued till my water breaks and rushed to the hospital around 5.am. in the morning and delivered my baby sharply at 6.30am. Don't get panic guys! It just flews like that! Drink enough water and stay hydrated. Keep yourself positive! Thankyou takecarr
As lovely as this is I don't think working out guarantees a quick Borth. My first pregnancy I was doing spinning and body pump with no easy alternatives all the way through and it was still a very long birth. Who knows it may have been even longer if i hadn't worked out but I'm on my 3rd and yet to have a short birth lol

I crushed it ! 28 weeks at 2 days today . And before pregnancy I worked out regularly I’ve been out the gym a few months and this is just what I needed just enough to push me but not over doing it. Worked me out well, paused the video between to give myself a little extra time to take a few extra more minutes to break and Ofcourse run to restroom . Lol . Thank you ❤

I crushed it! I'm over halfway through my pregnancy and have been discouraged by exhaustion and the inability to continue my chosen sport, roller skating. But your positive attitude and no-repeat regimen kept me in this video for a fun and sweaty return to exercise. Bonus: many of these exercises are used as warm-ups for skating, so I felt right at home and comfortable that I was doing a safe and positive thing for myself and my baby. Thank you SO much!

I had my baby via an emergency Caesarean last week so I’m still recovering but I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting me through the pregnancy physically and also helping emotionally. 12 weeks pregnant. First day to start exercising because morning sickness kicks my but. I did it! It wasn't pretty and I am so out of shape!! Deep breathing. I feel it but I am determined to workout so I don't have to lose so much after birth. Discipline, discipline , discipline is my word for this pregnancy. Goal is to get back in shape and have a healthy baby to boot. This will be my second child. My daughter was asking me what I was doing. I told her working out. Pain is beauty my child. Pain is beauty. Lol lol lol😂

I was fairly fit before conceiving but pregnancy has been quite humbling! Feels like twice the effort to do half the work. At 11 weeks these are the perfect intensity to get me moving. Tysm!

This was amazing! After a truly rough first trimester with extreme morning sickness, I am now 18 weeks and feeling so much better. This was just what I needed to ease back into exercising and regain my strength before baby girl comes! Challenging but definitely not too difficult. I also love all the pelvic floor exercises! Baby girl started moving like crazy when I was finished -- I think she enjoyed it too! Thank you!

I'm 18 weeks and used to exercise a fair bit about 6 months before I got pregnant. Then just stopped. I tried exercising during first trimester but was just too exhausted. These last 2 weeks I seem to have got my energy back so I'm getting back into exercise. I really enjoyed this workout and the yoga ones and I'm doing kegels too. Trying to do my best to be fit and ready for my baby! Thanks so much xx

I used to be fit before pregnancy. 8 mile hikes and weight lifting and all that. Lost 100lbs doing that. Well now I'm pregnant. 3 months of bare minimum exercise, holding down the couch so it doesn't float away, and eating every no no food within sight has me 20lbs at almost 4 months, and feeling like a bloated land whale. This exercise was good. It got challenging then backed off and started easy again. Good pace. My body feels kinda sore and good to work out again. I think I'm going to try to just follow this 4 times a week and hopefully not lose my body completely lol

Hoping I can keep getting stronger. A little discouraged I can’t do as much as I used to do but I have to remind myself my body is busy growing a human. I should give myself some grace lol

Thanks just started this today, I’m 19 weeks! I have 3 kiddos so it’s hard to find time to work out, and our 1 yo think this work out makes me fair game to tug on my clothes and legs. But this is amazing, make me ready for the day
