    I was doing yoga on a regular basis and now I am pregnant.....i felt so bad thinking i should quit my routine....but this one really made me happy and satisfied ❤❤❤.....thankuuu for such a wonderful Content...!!

      I am 34 weeks pregnant and still continuing with yoga practise and swimming. It's very beneficial and increases flexibility.

    Mam I stay with my husband away from my home that's why I do regular works like cooking, cleaning even cloth washing and I am perfectly alright.. thanks to you and my doctor to motivate me to work otherwise my relatives may have make me crazy with their don't list 😊

    😬 there is one correction here! when squating, PLEASE do not squat on your toes alone! Squat with heels firm on ground or else you'll damage your knees with added weight of the baby! Moreover, real excercise of the pelvic area happens when you squat on full feet (with heels firm on ground) rather than just the toes. please be careful.

    I'm 16 weeks pregnant rn this was posted exactly when i needed and am so happy, nausea was extreme in my first trimester so i can't even take exercise because i was losing so much weight, now its manageable so i think it's the right time to start exercise.

      If it is still occasionally there, Try eating salt biscuit early morning before brush if you don't have high bp issue.. That ll help to reduce nausea.. Good to see that your for you are physical care both mentally and physically.. Sending love to u & ur baby dear ❤

    This video made me confident once again. I have diabetes and take 4pt insulin before lunch. I am 34 weeks pregnant currently. Everyone is scaring me that I won't be able to give birth naturally although my diabetes is under control, I actively work at office and at home and I follow diet chart prescribed by a dietitian. I haven't gain much weight either and my pressure is normal. But past few days I was really upset hearing everybody's comment that I will have to go through a C-section. I really feel hopeful again after seeing this content that yes, there are quite a lot chances that I will make it happen naturally. Thanks a lot. Do pray for me, please!

      @@PoonamSingh-fx7bm Hi there.... I was on 1800 calories diet up to my 30th week based on my weight and height. Currently I am on 2000 calories diet. My diet includes less carb and more protein as well as vegetables and minerals. I am prescribed to take 2-3 rotis with vegetables and egg in the morning, within 8-9am. At around 11 am or so, I have to take some light snacks that include sour fruit along with an egg white or some crackers. Then lunch between 1-2pm that includes rice with as much as vegetables I can take and 2 pieces of fish/meat and lentils.
      After 5pm, again some light snacks like puffed rice, chola, soup, sweet potatoes or whatever I prefer. I have to consume dinner by 8:30PM that again includes 3-4 rotis with vegetable, lentils and 2pcs fish/meat. After around 1.5hrs of dinner I have a glass of milk. This was my routine up to 30th week. Currently I am suggested to increase the milk intake and protein intake. Also, throughout the day, I drink around 2-2.5L of water (yeah I also pee a lot!).
      Now this is my diet chart, but your one must be different and prescribed by your dietitian based on your height and weight. For every diabetic patient, specially the pregnant ones, a diet chart should be followed that's prescribed by a dietitian. If you start to maintain this prescribed lifestyle, your baby will grow with proper nutrition while you may not gain too much weight because your body will adapt itself to this eating habit. Of course you can't follow every single bit of the diet chart, I myself couldn't all the times, but trust me, I gained only 2-3kgs extra by my 8th month while the baby is perfect by the grace of Almighty. Even the dietitian was amazed that how could I be the same like the first visit to her. A proper diet chart doesn't allow the body to cry for unhealthy craving, because you are already supplying enough and proper nutrition to your body and your child's. In my case, I don't have constipation, heartburn, swelling or water retention. So don't be afraid if you have diabetes, dear. Check with your Endocrinologist and s/he will refer to a dietitian. Follow her advice, you and your baby both will be healthy InshaALLAH. Sorry for this loooong reply. Good luck!

    Hi, Dr. Anjali I hope you doing well. I am 26 week pregnant and my midwife told me that I have low lying placenta, there is no vasa praevia but she suggested me that not to worry because it's very common 80 percent women can recover from this.
    I just want to know that any exercise for this or any precaution which i have to take care?

      Always normal delivery was better for mother and child.. Unless you have any another medical conditions then you can opt for c-section. Otherwise try to go for normal delivery... Have a happy and safe pregnancy 🙏

    Mam, can you please provide details on ovarian cyst during pregnancy, I’m 16 weeks pregnant and I had severe pain in pelvic when I underwent ultrasound scan , ovarian cyst of about 21cm is present on right ovary was noticed , I stay in Canada , doctor suggested to wait n watch , I’m not sure should I wait until I get pain , I’m kind of stressed everyday thinking what’s gone happen , any informative video will be very helpful

    Hello Doctor, I'm 36 weeks pregnant. I was on a complete bed rest till date. Now my Obgyn has advised me to start exercising and walking. What are my chances of vaginal delivery? Or should I opt for C-section? Please advise. I'm so scared of cuts during vaginal delivery.

      Do exercise eat healthy food..n also take medicine what dr gave u...i have also thyroid problem from very early age like when i was 13/14 yrs old but at my 28 yrs old i conceive very easily.. Even me n my husband just try once n i become pregnant. Just ensure regular check up.n stay relax. Everything will be fine :)

      N funniest thing is when i was 18 yrs old dr told my mom pls get marry ur daughter early other wish it will be hard for her to get pregnant but i got married at 26 yrs.. I am thankful to my mom that she didnt force me to do marry. She always focus on my study n career.
