Thank you these are useful but few qq..Is it safe to bend over to stretch during pregnancy, as you showed? Also it says we should not do anything that causes pressure in pelvic region.

@@taanyasworld hi Tanya, I usually advise to start prenatal yoga after week 14 once you have a clearance from your Dr. But generally, the exercises till 8:55 ( child’s pose ) are safe for all trimesters.
Laying on back for longer period will press the nerves and stopping blood flow. But this duration is fine if your body allows you to do comfortably and you don’t have pain
Obviously any exercise you aren’t comfortable with, you shouldn’t do. But personally I agree for a short duration it’s fine as long as you don’t feel light-headed. For example, medical providers have pregnant people lie on their backs for a short time when they get an ultrasound. Pelvic tilts are particularly beneficial during pregnancy, although you can do them standing up instead of lying on your back if you prefer.

You should listen the doctor advice, cause every pregnancy has some special symptoms or disease. So doctor can tell you what to do cause he examine you by testing different typs of your flood or ultra.

Hi , I am in 5th month and diagnosed with complete placenta previa last week and it is really stressful as you have to be very careful. I am following this video till ankle stretching and do this sitting on bed. Also, doing her pranayam and meditation videos . That is really helping me calming myself and also the oxygen we need for the baby and pains we had. Try to do that. Might be it will help you. All the best for the time ahead.

Hi Vasundhra! You can do the first 4 stretches for neck, shoulders, wrists and ankles. You can also do gentle pranayama practice - like anulom vilom and bhramari ( check the pregnancy pranayama video on my channel) In 90% of the cases the placenta moves up - so hopefully you can check in the next 20-22 week scan if the placenta has moved up and then do the rest of the exercises :)
In case you are currently pregnant with a previous c-section (more than 18 months old) - these are completely fine as long as your current pregnancy is low risk and you do not have a low lying placenta.
