    I am 16 weeks pregnant and have been feeling kinda down and unhealthy and this is exactly what I needed! I couldn’t do all the exercises so I’m looking forward to do this video repeatedly throughout my pregnancy and seeing if I improve at all :) thank you!!

    This was great! I am so glad to know that your glutes shrink during pregnancy. I think that's been half my problem and I didn't know.
    I did find the side planks too challenging, so I just held myself in the modified side plank. But I really enjoyed this workout.

    I’m 28 weeks pregnant today and felt that my treadmill walking and other workouts weren’t doing me justice. This is my 2nd prenatal Pilates video I’ve done and it’s so challenging but in a good way… my body needed this… it feels good to be uncomfortable.

    I love how I can still get a really good workout with you! It seems a lot of prenatal workouts I do elsewhere just leave me feeling like I didn't get much out of it, but not with your videos! I'm working muscles I didn't even know about. I might just need to do these even when I'm not pregnant 😉

    I struggled through the side plank with the leg lift…one side worst then the other.
    Is there any correction I can make so I have less tightness in my hips?

    Thank you so much for your free videos! I worked out with you 4-5 times per week starting from about 7 weeks until giving birth. This was my favorite routine that even took away my chronic neck pain that I had already had before pregnancy. Now I'm back to this routine 7 weeks postpartum and it still feels so good 😊 I had an unmedicated natural birth that only took 6 hours. It hurt a lot, but my body was strong and prepared - thanks to your workouts I think 😊
    Could you please make a postpartum pilates routine for mums who carry their babies a lot and who need to strengthen the muscles in their shoulders, neck and upper back in order to avoid pain? Yoga is nice but it's not enough for me, I'm already hyperflexible but really need to build up those muscles 😊

    I could not understand the lift from the hover clamshell. Somehow on the video it seems like your leg goes back but mine simply refuses to move in this direction 😅 can someone please help me what I'm doing wrong and how to do it right? I'm generally experienced in clamshells and have done the lift version before. Thanks! Anyway, a great workout! I especially liked the toe work, it really ups the challenge and also works balance. I had to modify the tricep dips and the circle pseudo-pushup due to wrist issues but that's just me.

    Not for anyone with pelvic instability in pregnancy! Experienced at pilates, and seeking pilates workouts to support my pelvic balance and strength but this really made my pelvic pain so much worse.

    Did anyone else burn out quick when we did multiple exercises for one leg? Then by the time it was time to switch to the other side the leg that was suppose to hold the dip was too tired, so I wasn’t able to fully do the other side ! But i known repeatedly doing this workout i will get conditioned

    Thanks for this workout - its great! And also I just wanted to thank you for your work. We are 27 weeks pregnant with first child, and luckily have found your channel very early on, so we have been doing your yoga and pilates workouts from the beginning. As this is my first time, it can be so overwhelming to find what can you do for a healthy pregnancy and easy birth, - especialy in Covid times, when everything is cancelled - and althou we still have some months to go, it does feel good to do these workouts. It feels like something that has a positive effect, and last week I just had a check up, and everything is perfect, and I can not help thinking that beside other stuff, your workouts also contributed to that my pregnancy is really easy so far, and baby and I am healthy, and everything is as it should be. And I hope they will help and contribute to an easy labor and birth too when the time comes. Thanks again Jess!

      Hi Jess, I wanted to ask also if you have a work out in like standing position kinda the whole time? I get acid reflux now quite a lot, and so I can not get through the whole work out. It looks like that laying down or being on all four does work less and less for me ....

    Is bridge pose safe during 3rd trimester? It's weird to be on my back, doesn't feel good

      The risk is lying flat for long periods as it can compress the vena cava. If you keep moving and it’s not for long it should be safe. However, if it doesn’t feel good… then don’t do it 💞 You could modify by putting your shoulder up on a chair or couch or skip that one all together!

Not sure if you’ve done a video on this but could you tell us how we should be breathing during prenatal exercises - e.g. when do we exhale and engage pelvic floor, transverse abdominals and core? or are we supposed to even engage pelvic floor, abdominals and core?

    Wow that was intense! Like you, I struggle with my legs and veins during pregnancy, and I found this workout very helpful to relieve the pain in my legs and challenge the muscles!     36 weeks and the cardio is getting a lil heavy/uncomfortable for me. this workout was perfect, slower and low impact but still effective. also love your outfit. great colors!
