Looks yummy and easy to do! ….Question: If I use a manual/non-electric pressure cooker instead of an “instant pot”, how long would recommend to boil it? 10 minutes?
5 minutes. Same time. Then move the pot to another burner that's off, if you have an electric burner of just turn off heat if you have gas. Then let pressure release naturally. Don't release pressure manually. You can also use a regular pot on the stove and just bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until veggies reach your desired consistency.
