@@DigitalPoetryMedia any bike you can do this on it’s all abt practice my buddy rides my ttr 125 like his kx450 he wheelies for miles and pivot turns hella all abt practice
been practicing this maneuver for about a year with mixed results ..... I used your tips and had more progress in 15 minutes than maybe the whole previous year? Thank you!
Dude, if you're not getting good results after a few hours of practice then you need to make a change. Don't wait a year to find another UA-cam instructor. What kind of bike do you have, that could also be your problem.
Great video - broke it down simply, each part is well described and demonstrated, and no unnecessary video or long intro! Thank you for making this and for making it so well!
This is the most plausible presentation of the pivot turn! Better than Graham Jarvis. Also the demonstration was a cohesive, comprehensive and inspirational education. I have applied these techniques on a couple of my bikes with acceptable success. I’ll keep practicing for more improvement. Thank you for your instructional diligence.
I've seen a lot of tutorials about this. But your explanation is the best!!! Thank you so much. Please do more tutorials 🙏🙏 You've got an extra subscriber 👊👊
This is literally the best tutorial I’ve ever come across. Thanks so much. I have never tried using clutch brake point but that makes so much bloody sense . I can’t wait to try these tips
Very nice video. I watched several of these videos but it is the first time I see a real break down of the technique. Hope you will continue with other tutorials. Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge!!
This is one of the best lessons I’ve ever seen on UA-cam. Thank you so much. Really grateful for this. Can’t wait to dig in to your channel now. Shared this video with all my friends.
Really great video. This type of skills training videos are so helpful. Very good clear explanation too. Looking forward to more. Keep them coming!🤙🏻🤙🏻✊🏻✊🏻💨💨💨
Hi, I really like the way you are explaining. Could you please do a video that explains the steps & the drills to practice in order to do slow wheelie?
one of the best explanations i´ve seen on YT, hope I can get it practised soon. One of my fears with my KTM 690: To get not enough preload and not to reach with my feet to the ground when I can´t get it that high...and to get too much speed when passing
Great vid Carl. I struggle with this as I'm short, but thats no excuse. I also loose patience when I can't get it within a dozen times. I think the key, for me, is to dedicate a day or 2, keep practicing and keep patient. Ill give it a go with these techniques, see how we go.
I hear you buddy. Was the same for me in the beginning but I do have the benefit of longer legs. Repetition is important but even more important to practice doing the right thing rather than practice doing the wrong thing. Want to write the right programming :) Get down the farm with us and lets do it together!
Perfect shooting angle video, Perfect explain and the most important, Perfect Knowledge Transfer. So many thanks so many thanks you have the gift of the Knowledge transfer you are the master teacher🙌🙌👏👏🙏🙏🙏
I would consider myself quite confident decent rider, that said think this is brilliant tutorial extremely worth while skill to have and learn. I've taken quite alot of info from this thank you!!
Great job with this one! Very simple explanations and breakdown of movements made this tutorial so easy to comprehend. While the pivot turn may be a simple technique, there is alot at play here that isn't easily explained, and far too many tutorials on this subject do a bag up job of easily over explaining. I'll keep a look out for more videos to come!
After posting the comment above, I had a look through the rest of the comments. ALL! 82 comments praising your videos effectiveness! Pretty clear indication guys, get some more tutorials together!!
Thanks; great info. I’ll try this, as it will help me on the trails. My biggest problem is that my bike is so tall - 04 Ktm 450exc. I’m 6’ With a 33” inseam, so I’m not short but my legs are maxed out for sure.
thanks for all the tips. Would you say the same tips apply to any dirtbike? I have a ktm 150 xc-w and it seems difficult to get the front tire up. Although I'm a new rider so that could be the reason. I'll definitely try these tips though.
When I teach, train and generally trail ride I don’t care much about the correct sag numbers. Only when racing do I try and get them closer to what they should be. Controversial I know but realistic.
Of all the many how to loft the front tutorials I have seen, this one sounds the most natural and logical.
It looks easy, until you realize you're 5'2 and the seat is 3'3.
Best pivot tutorial I've come across. Very thorough explanation. Thank you, friend. Looking forward to your other tutorials
Can the honda crf 150L do this? Thank you
@@DigitalPoetryMedia any bike you can do this on it’s all abt practice my buddy rides my ttr 125 like his kx450 he wheelies for miles and pivot turns hella all abt practice
You should do more tutorials, and I’m definitely gonna practice using these techniques. Thank you so much
As the IRC tyre guy says "practice until you are sick of it, then practice some more " 😀
Probably the best instruction video on UA-cam!!!

Very informative. What sag numbers are you running on your bike?
