This is the most plausible presentation of the pivot turn! Better than Graham Jarvis. Also the demonstration was a cohesive, comprehensive and inspirational education. I have applied these techniques on a couple of my bikes with acceptable success. I’ll keep practicing for more improvement. Thank you for your instructional diligence.

Great vid Carl. I struggle with this as I'm short, but thats no excuse. I also loose patience when I can't get it within a dozen times. I think the key, for me, is to dedicate a day or 2, keep practicing and keep patient. Ill give it a go with these techniques, see how we go.

I hear you buddy. Was the same for me in the beginning but I do have the benefit of longer legs. Repetition is important but even more important to practice doing the right thing rather than practice doing the wrong thing. one of the best explanations i´ve seen on YT, hope I can get it practised soon. One of my fears with my KTM 690: To get not enough preload and not to reach with my feet to the ground when I can´t get it that high...and to get too much speed when passing

Great job with this one! Very simple explanations and breakdown of movements made this tutorial so easy to comprehend. While the pivot turn may be a simple technique, there is alot at play here that isn't easily explained, and far too many tutorials on this subject do a bag up job of easily over explaining. I'll keep a look out for more videos to come!
