First time i see a video with actual enduro mistakes and not motocross ones! Proper standing and sitting position was very difficult for me as well when i started! Makes me think maybe I still make the last mistake sometimes haha. Subscribed!
I agree, the technique is very similar to SX MX riders, but harder to translate it to enduro or trail riding when the examples are of a rider clearing a triple or blitzing some whoops lol
Great video. I like how you compare bad technique vs good. Sometimes hard to see what's good if you don't see what's bad. Subed. Can you do a video on managing ruts? Not corner ruts, but those nasty, longish crisscross ruts you unexpectedly come across out on the trail. Cheers.
Looks great, I wish all of my trails were paved and smooth like yours, looks like they are machine manicured. Not so for me, we have rocks, deep puddles, tree limbs, thorn bushes and huge crevasses of rocks and mud.
We love seeing foreign pros racing. In the Philippines most pro riders do it as a hobby. Seeing the caliber of pros racing for a living is mind blowing!
Move your foot forward, and back every time, anticipate when you need it. Before you hit the corner, Before you hit the log.. your first move is the right foot coming forward. I'm no expert but that is what a top trials/enduro athlete told me.

Great stuff for us beginners. Aloha from hawaii
Congrats from Poland !
Balls of your feet means not covering the rear brake… so how do you deal with that?!?

Good stuff.
Hello, how tall are you? Is that a Yz450f?
1,85 m or 6 ft. It's a WR 450
Should be standing and less settling
Food callouts btw. Forth mistake - watching too many videos instead of going out and train with a pro.
Man! You're tall.
