Can I just say: you are the only youtuber who gives me a good workout with no squat no lunge, I have followed you since you did videos from your apartment to your own studio, you are incredible, wish you a great year ahead, please please create a six week or 12 week no squat no lunge plan, i would be so grateful
For anyone looking for a truly knee friendly workout, this is not the one. There are little jumps scattered throughout and shallow lunges at 11:33. I just walked in place for those parts then ended up having to quit. I'm left disappointed and with knee pain.
I’m 10 weeks postpartum and this was perfect for getting me back into some gentle(ish) exercising. It felt so good to be moving and my insides didn’t fall out!
Got heated enough during this workout that my breath started fogging in the air (outside door open + raining outside), so that's a testament to how sweaty this one is! I came to this workout after getting upset at how much I was struggling to keep up my coordination with someone else's video (I might as well have three left feet) and this one made me feel really good about being able to keep up without tipping myself over!
Combined this with your other new no-repeat HIIT workout today! WOW great workout! Thanks Heather! How about a new Mash-up workout from some of your newer videos??

This workout is really working for me. I am losing weight الحمدلله. Previously i was following some high intensity workouts which gave me knee pain but with this one my knee pain has gone and I'm coming back to shape. Thanks Heather.

New favourite HIIT! I have YOPD and have to get my heart rate up to 85% of maximum evvvery day. Currently have patellar tendonitis so my usual workouts are a struggle, this one is just perfect, thank you!

Favorite cardio workout ever! No dread, fun, and mysteriously burns almost as many calories (per my fitness tracker) as the 2.0 workouts (and they are longer). Love that it barely goes to the floor too. I do this one pretty much every week. Thank you, Heather! ❤ Please feel free to make more like this! 😃
@@summerdaye I always burn about 225, because I'm only 5'5" and don't weigh much. The most I've burned with any Heather 2.0 workout has been about 237, and those are longer and feel harder. Everyone's body is different, but relatively, the calorie burn is very close. About one bite of food different, lol!

Loved this! It worked for having a disc that slips in my back as well as bad knees, except when she does the crawling forward on the mat, and touching her toes ski movement. Otherwise she could label it as back friendly as well! (I’m not supposed to bend over).
This is NOT knee friendly, at least when recovering from a very common problem - pes ankerine bursitis/tendonitis. Sorry, but too much hip flexion with knee bending and sideways movement, practically no hamstring strengthening, all of this only made me worse. I had to substitute a lot of movements to allow for proper muscle balancing around the knees.
I took a nasty fall and have to have reconstructive ligament surgery on my ankle in about a month……but I can still do a lot of this workout in my stabilizing boot. Seriously, your low impact workouts have been such a blessing for me. I was so pleased to see this workout this morning. God bless you abundantly!! Alyssa
