You’ll see that it is low impact and knee friendly but half way through the first circuit I was breathless 😅 I wanted to give up, but instead I chose just to go slower. Today marks two weeks since I started my "weight loss journey." I'm relying on UA-cam for my exercises and this is the first one that actually did anything for me. I've been doing other "knee friendly" HIIT workouts but the concept of "knee friendly" was apparently foreign for the creators. I've had surgery on my left knee twice and the other one is messed up too so it was really cool to be able to complete a workout and actually feel good about myself. And 30 minutes, too! It didn't feel like torture! Now I'm ready to start my day with a good mood. Thank you, Heather!
Got heated enough during this workout that my breath started fogging in the air (outside door open + raining outside), so that's a testament to how sweaty this one is! I came to this workout after getting upset at how much I was struggling to keep up my coordination with someone else's video (I might as well have three left feet) and this one made me feel really good about being able to keep up without tipping myself over!
I’m 10 weeks postpartum and this was perfect for getting me back into some gentle(ish) exercising. It felt so good to be moving and my insides didn’t fall out!
Still keep coming back to this one when my knees have overdone it on leg day. Fantastic HIIT cardio session 🥵 I would love even more of these knee friendly workouts ❤

I am so glad I found this. Lyme disease wrecked my left knee a year ago and while I'm much better now, I sometimes get the arthritis flare-ups and I have to watch what I do when I exercise. Usually low-impact workouts don't really do much but I was definitely sweating after this. Going on my regular rotation!

Favorite cardio workout ever! No dread, fun, and mysteriously burns almost as many calories (per my fitness tracker) as the 2.0 workouts (and they are longer). Love that it barely goes to the floor too. I do this one pretty much every week. Thank you, Heather! ❤ Please feel free to make more like this! 😃
@@summerdaye I always burn about 225, because I'm only 5'5" and don't weigh much. The most I've burned with any Heather 2.0 workout has been about 237, and those are longer and feel harder. Everyone's body is different, but relatively, the calorie burn is very close. About one bite of food different, lol!

I took a nasty fall and have to have reconstructive ligament surgery on my ankle in about a month……but I can still do a lot of this workout in my stabilizing boot. used to be so into working out last summer and i’ve been battling my mental health for a while and today was the first time i did an actual workout and not just small toning workouts, only did one round with my ab workout but i plan on working my way up to a full two sets, these low impact workouts are a lifesaver for me

You helped me to manage my workouts at home and being mum of 2 the same time. I see a lot of them so all will be in my routine during incoming 4 weeks or so. I have really bad runner's knee right now and was seriously needing some decent cardio. I can't say this workout was completely pain-free, but it was less taxing on my knee than for example power yoga. Very helpful, thank you for the video.

I had a knee injury several months back and was scared of working out. I tried this workout and it was a great challenge and I know with some consistency I will be able to do it smoothly. I didn't have any trouble with my knees so I'm happy to say it's a great start thanks for this challenge I loved it and my fear is gone.
