I have done your 12 week 3 times, your glow up, and others. THIS was one of the hardest ones for me! I needed this workout more than I thought. Things get tight and ignored. It was simple and challenging and focused. It hit all the things that get overlooked with higher intensity stuff and just my weak points (hips, pelvic floor, medial glutes). Who needs PT? This was awesome! I ran 23 miles yesterday, and did this as an active recovery today! Not only was it a good core workout but the perfect amount of stretching!
I love heather and her workouts.. I'd love to push through but then I get upper back pain that stays for a few days eventually forcing me to take break from working out which further leads to a long by break from working out before I know it. Do you guys face this issue ever... And what do you do?
Hi, I'd just like to say that I do some sort bodyweight and cardio combo workout most days before work and that I was looking to mix it up a little bit. I really like Heather's other workouts (particularly her core stuff) and tried this for the first time this morning. I'm in good shape and can get through most workouts I find on UA-cam without breaks, but this really, really kicked my butt. It's an exceptional challenge if you are in good shape already or looking to mix up your regular workout routine. Thanks a million, Heather, for sharing all your great work.
I only recently started working out. I'm on my 4th week now. I've found a few pilates instructors and videos I like but this one was by far my favorite. I dont know if it's because my body is starting to get into better shape but I was actually able to follow through and finish every workout. My face is drenched in sweat. I've also started weight lifting and cardio. Ik its not the case for everyone but in these last 3 weeks I've been able to drop 8lbs. While in the last year I was only able to drop 12lbs. In the height of covid I had gained 20+ lbs and ended up being 162 pounds. Now im back down to 142.2 lbs. I'm also eating better and focusing on myself. It's crazy how much work goes into keeping your body healthy. I only started working out because my doctor told me that I was at risk for high cholesterol. I can't believe that it took my doctor telling me that I had a health risk to start taking care of my body. The most important thing I found though was that the foods you eat are more important. So if you're just starting out like me I want to let you know that you can do it. I'm there with you. We got this.
I’m used to HIIT or Tabata, was looking for something different this morning & found your video…… I’m sooooooo excited! It’s so perfect in so many levels - No repeat !!!! Less intense than cardio HIIT but yet I still feel all the strength training this is amazing!
Just completed my first ever pilates workout 😊 Didn't need any extra break and did all the exercises without stopping... I'm proud of me 🥰 keep in mind that i'm used to hiit workout ! So it wasn't really hard but i totally enjoyed it. I felt so peaceful and graceful 🦋💜
With all of the weight training I do, it amazes me how challenging this is for me. I used to think Pilates was a joke, clearly not! The muscles you’re using are different than the ones you use with your weights- unless you’re doing the same movements in the video with weights, then that’s a different story.

Perfect to start the week with. It might not have been high intensity but it's definitely high on the concentration & coordination list 👌🏻😂 these types of workouts are so great for helping with improving form, flexibility & mobility. Thank you Heather for giving us so much variety 🌻
It was the first time I tried out these exercises. I love the smooth change between the exercises and that there are always 10 sec of rest where I can prepare, so I do not have to worry to miss time. I would like to have these 10 sec also after the 30 sec of rest. I loved the cool down, but it could have been longer (although one is able to extend it by yourself). Thank you!

Heather! I’ve been working out for YEARS. Usually it’s like brushing my teeth, I just have to do it. Recently I’ve been really “off” (maybe seasonal depression) and it’s like pulling teeth to make me move. If I ever get to this point, I pull up one of your videos, and it ropes me right back in! I did this last night! Yesterday was supposed to be legs but I was sore and tight from my run the previous night / doing legs on monday… I was lazy with it and didn’t want to work out yesterday; I “only had” two workouts under my belt this week and felt it was too soon for a full rest day. This workout was on the back of mind all day and at 8pm I was like “alright FINE!”🤣🤣 I felt great afterwards - I focused on form / really feeling that deep stretch I needed and I feel so much better today! I REALLY enjoyed this format!!
This is my first practice with you. I do 30 minutes workout in week day mornings. This practice's timing matched with mine. The sequence was really amazing. I appreciated the breaks in between. The cool down with vinyasa yoga, I loved it. All in one, the routine suites with me. Hope to do more workout with you. Thanks Heather!
Did I stop at 20 minutes? Yes. Do I feel guilty? Yep :( . But was it the right thing to do? Yes. I haven’t worked out in ages, so if you’re like me, you need to remember to listen to your body and know when it’s enough. Even if it means you don’t finish it, but you come back in a month and complete it with ease🧡

I did this workout when it came out first and have been doing it since then whenever I want to do pilates, and till today, this is the best pilates workout that exists on UA-cam.
Great workouts! My seasonal work keeps me in great physical shape, but off season, sessions like these keep me in shape (and away from the chiropractor). I’m a 5’6” male, weighing in at 145. I’ll be 60 in the spring with no plans on retirement any time soon, so the alternative is staying heathy and active. I find I do have to edit some of the routines to avoid wrist injury, and my lower back isn’t strong enough (yet) to do some of the moves, but I am seeing improvement with time. Thanks so much👍

This is my favourite workout from you thus far, Heather. It actually had great challenges, but also stretched my muscles, which is what pilates workouts are meant to do (but fail to do so often!). The only mod I made movement wise was to go back and do the lunge and lift on L and lunge and squeeze on R to even out, and tucked in that much needed hamstring stretch on left side in cool down. Thank you so much!
This workout is amazing. I started from 0. 10 days ago I couldn't reach the first rest. Today, I reached exercises after second rest. But that triceps press seems as if I am doing it wrong. I can do only 2 proper triceps press. Anyone else following this workout?

I haven’t worked out in ages, so if you’re like me, you need to remember to listen to your body and know when it’s enough. Even if it means you don’t finish it, but you come back in a month and complete it with ease🧡
I've been only doing this for 2 days in the morning and i really felt guilty the first time cuz i stopped so many times in the middle (and i actually felt throwing up right after cuz i really forced myself out of guilt), and the next day i quickly felt the improvement in my stamina. thank you so much for these inspiring words

I did this workout when it came out first and have been doing it since then whenever I want to do pilates, and till today, this is the best pilates workout that exists on UA-cam.

Great workouts! My seasonal work keeps me in great physical shape, but off season, sessions like these keep me in shape (and away from the chiropractor). I’m a 5’6” male, weighing in at 145. I’ll be 60 in the spring with no plans on retirement any time soon, so the alternative is staying heathy and active. I find I do have to edit some of the routines to avoid wrist injury, and my lower back isn’t strong enough (yet) to do some of the moves, but I am seeing improvement with time. Thanks so much👍

This was my first go at Pilates. It was also my first attempt at muscle work after 2 months out following a slipped disk. It was so satisfying! This is my favourite workout from you thus far, Heather. It actually had great challenges, but also stretched my muscles, which is what pilates workouts are meant to do (but fail to do so often!). The only mod I made movement wise was to go back and do the lunge and lift on L and lunge and squeeze on R to even out, and tucked in that much needed hamstring stretch on left side in cool down. Thank you so much!
This workout is amazing. I started from 0. 10 days ago I couldn't reach the first rest. Today, I reached exercises after second rest.
But that triceps press seems as if I am doing it wrong. I can do only 2 proper triceps press.
