When I ran out of steam and felt like I couldn't go on for another minute, then checked the time only to realize I wasn't even halfway through the workout. This session near killed me! I don't know HOW I made it through the entire thing without even moderating. I feel like superhuman right now. Really got to give myself a high-five for finishing this one. Love these no repeat cardio workouts. Two years ago I couldn't do ten minutes. They are still a challenge but the progress is great! As someone w/ a lot of chronic pain, these workouts really lift my spirits.
Day 18 straight with you Heather! This one was killer. Perfect test of my endurance! Right at the 30 minute mark I started to really tire out, but I saw there was only 4 more moves and I powered through! This one wasn't easy, but glad I got it in today! Thank youu!

I haven’t done HIIT in a long time due to knee injuries and this workout was AWESOME! So easy to follow and modify if needed! No Repeat is a HUGE bonus! It went by so fast, it was challenging, and I didn’t get bored at all! AND I’m about drowning in sweat! Please more No Repeat workouts!!

When you smile, it feels like encouragement :) Working out, doing Qi Gong and yoga, going for nature walks and listening to awesome music are all things I do to save myself from darkness and despair. I just need to stay consistent. And add writing, art and creative work to my daily routines. The no repeats are my favourite and this 30/10 format make it easier somehow...although this was so intense. I love your workouts the most out of all others I have done. Thank you beauty! To anyone struggling to complete routines without extra breaks and modifications, this 53 year old wishes to say “keep at it and don’t give up” - I started by setting goals to keep up at least 50% of the time and slowly my body got strong and agile enough to get to 90% mark. Loved the fast pace and variety! Very efficient and challenging! Loved it again! Glad when the cool down came, though--I was winded! 11-17-23 1-13-24 Shorter intervals and no repeats is less intimidating, but every bit as difficult. Sucking wind after the broad jumps--glad they came last! 10-4-24

I checked the time at 17 minutes, I couldn't believe i was only half way done. I checked again at 26 minutes because I was running out of steam, still 12 minutes to go. Was relieved when I saw COOL DOWN. This one was intense but exactly what I need to get my butt into gear. Thanks Heather!!!

I’ve been working out for 3 months now and when I say this almost took me out!!!
I was literally screaming at my phone. Nothing wouldve prepared me for this! This is one of the workouts when you vow to never get out of shape again!!! Great workout Heather 😅
That was the perfect ratio of challenging yet enjoyable. It's obvious that you put a lot of thought and care into the structure of your workouts videos. Def my new go to channel for at home workouts!
I checked the time at 17 minutes, I couldn't believe i was only half way done. I checked again at 26 minutes because I was running out of steam, still 12 minutes to go. Was relieved when I saw COOL DOWN. This one was intense but exactly what I need to get my butt into gear. Thanks Heather!!!

Added to my favorites! 💜This was great! So effective, no repeats, and no equipment! It's the second time I'm doing it, now in a hotel room, so you can do it anywhere and get a great sweat session!! (burned 297 cals on my fitbit)
I have made it my goal to wake up at 5am to get my workouts in. Tomorrow is day one and I am excited!!!
