I am a Health and PE Teacher and have my personal training certificate as I was a fitness Coach in my twenties (now 61 years old). I did your 12 week workout and now am trying others you have graciously shared with so many FREE! I really loved this one because it really helped me mentally as well as physically. The stretch combination with the body resistance felt amazing! Thank you! We need this variety for our mental health during these challenging times. More no impact HIIT please! I love this so much for when I wanna stay home and get a quick workout! Second floor apartment requires the no impact so I love this!

I have health issues so I need to be careful with my joints and bones and these workouts are just what I need. I have to adapt some movements, of course, but the positive impact they have on me both physically and mentally are just wonderful. ❤ you are doing a tremendous job.
Great workout for people who have sore joints , what I love about this workout page is the great alerts and clock that keeps you alerted to where you are in the workout so you always are ready for the next station ..
This workout was amazing! It’s perfect for apartment friendly quarantine fitness. I found the deadlift lunge move really challenging at the speed you went but I just slowed it down. The rest was killer. I loved the circuits!
This is the 2nd time I've done this workout (first in the 12-week program and this time while doing the 6-week low impact program), and I have to say, this is probably the most strenuous workout to date! I sweat so, so much! Love it! I started working out again about 10 months ago, and I have seen the change from fat to muscle in my arms/shoulders/legs, and I'm so thankful (and proud). There's still work to do in my middle section (thank you, menopause), but I can feel the hard muscle under that layer of fat! Getting there! Haha. Thanks so much for your workouts, Heather. I enjoy them so much.
Loved this new sesh and the festive gear! Paired this with the new Inner/Outer Thigh workout and a newer Cardio and abs workout to round out my hour with Heather. Always such fantastic content!!

This was an excellent workout, and I was dripping at the end. Would love more like this and also fusion HIIT (pilates, barre) with no jumping. Love your workouts, Heather, you're inspiring and have such a healthy vibe that gives me a mental as well as physical boost every time.

Thank you so much for the no-jumpint, low impact HIIT workouts. Ever since an ankle injury I've been super cautious and these get me back to sweating without overreaching or putting my ankle at risk.
Yesterday was the first time I went for a run in two weeks after a minor knee injury. My favorite of your workouts Heather is the HITT low-impact. I'm a runner and I love when I target the legs more. These workouts do help me run faster and work on my cardio.

Love that there's no talking during the workout, love that I can't see how much time there is remaining (that's distracting and discouraging when I can see the amount of workout I have left), I love that the music is fast enough but not distracting, I love the workout moves, and it's low impact. I just completed round 2 of the 12 week program.Then for a week was off my game due to the horrible snow storm here in Texas, however today I am back at it . This was the perfect jump start!
I appreciate the tri-set circuit. Today, it helped me get through the workout without anticipating several repeats of longer cycles. I do those as well, but knowing I only had to do three per circuit helped me push a little more. Cheers!
Heathers Low Impact Workout are the perfect possibility to surprise your body from time to time and still get a swety workout just by focussing on the performing the exercises with your maximal power without jumping. I do mostly 1 or 2 of hearther workouts every day and still the low impact versions are the hardest to perform. Heather proofs, that even without equipment and without distubring of the whole neighbourhood you can get a good sweat sesh ;)
Nice gradual build-up to a full sweat. The moves are quite dynamic, so it's also good that she repeats the moves. By the second time around you find your rhythm.

Here we go! My fav Heather workout!!!!💖. Love how each exercise in each set compliment the same muscle groups for maximum effectiveness. Also love the dynamic moves like the ski jack's to get the sweat going without jumping, perfect for those of us with chronic pain that need workouts with less impact🤗. Great stretches!
