Only one time through for each upper body exercise so really make it count. Chose a weight that is challenging for you but allows you to keep proper form. You got this!

This was absolutely amazing! I love the 50 sec of work esp with the no repeat workouts bc it helps to really fire up the muscles and get to the point of fatigue when you feel like you’ve done all the reps you possibly can. Hi - I mostly work out to your videos, but I see that I am really bulking up which I don't want, so how can I stop/prevent that. I would also like to know how I can work on my glutes because I find it difficult to lose fat around my glutes and abs. Lastly I am continuosly struggling with low back pain on most strength training.
