It’s great training I did it after 5000 steps aerobic workout and in Ramadan while I am fasting I didn’t carry 5 kg only 2 kg I feel great and grateful for you Olivia ❤

This was a great workout! It really pushes you. It torched my upper body. I was able to stick with 15lb weights the whole way through except for triceps work…I have baby triceps still haha lol
Not sure why it showed I never like this one!
