    Checking in to see how everyone is doing in the 14-DAY challenge. Hopefully you have a great understanding of the moves and how amazing your trampoline is for more than just jumping. This workout is great for putting a lot of moves together which can also challenge your mind. Happy FRIDAY!

    *was very low energy yesterday so figured a good bounce would help! don’t let the word beginner fool you. still burned over 300 calories!*

    Of course I loved this. I’m tucking it into the rebounder hoarding folder 😂 - great cardio burst, fun variety of moves & (former east coaster here!) I think I heard some bonus blue jays making a guest appearance above the driveway during the stretch. Warmed my winter heart. Thanks for another great workout! 🎉

    Love this workout Michelle….I’ve done it over and over and over 😄
    Really like the music 🎶 and the moves work for me…feels more like dancing 💃 in parts abs that makes it fun!!!🤩

    Me encanto encontrarte.yo estaba buscando con quien iniciar a trabajar en el trampolin.encontre muchisimos videos de latinos pero ningunos tan bien explicados y con tan buenas rutinas.para mi iniciar contigo ha sido genial.gracias

    Thank you Michelle for posting these amazing rebounder sessions on UA-cam. I have to modify some of the moves as I have bursitis, arthritis and rotator cuff tears in both shoulders, but im doing ok and find rebounding helps me so much physically and mentally (including going through bereavement grief, as my beloved mum died suddenly last October). Anyway, thanks again to you and to those ladies in your team and greetings from London, UK

    I'm finally starting get it... lol lol this beginners challenge is the best. I had so much fun. I was a little behind but my moves were working.. Thankyou so much 💓
