    As a patient looking for a good Dr., what kind of things can I ask that would give me a better idea of their skill level without sounding like Im questioning their competency? Clearly, there is much more then just injecting the substance to reduce the possibility of side effects or poor results. I had a chin implant done years ago without any complications but I was never completely satisfied and Im considering injections for additional results.

      My considerable internet research has finally paid off and recognized with extremely good facts to exchange with my friends and the world. Medical Doctors and Dermatologists said (HSV 1&2, Herpes zosters) do not have a medical cure because the virus is capable of hiding within the human cells. it remains protected from your immune system. Herpes isn't an incurable virus! your immune system has the tools to fight it back. But because it is able to lay dormant in protected cells. your immune system is unable to remove it from your body, But with strong reactive herbal medication, it is capable of getting rid of the virus gradually and totally from your body without any side effects, natural herbs kill the virus totally not just reducing the outbreaks. I just got my test result today after 7 days of using the herbal Medication and it came out Negative to both HSV 1&2.im so delighted I recommend this to anyone suffering from herpes virus. You can get natural Herbal Medication from Dr. Aloha contact him through his email: Alohaherbalhome@gmail.com or WhatsApp +1(202)871-3222.

    Hello Dr. Tim. That was such a important video for me to see. I was originally considering filler in my nose but I decided that I couldn’t live with the risks. I assumed the chin was much safer so I’m glad I saw this. Before watching your video I saw method in which the Dr. did not aspirate at all and he was moving the needle around quickly and constantly under the skin on either side of the midline to create a middle point on a female patient. He was moving it around in a motion like that of liposuction and he emphasized that it needed to be moved around really quickly. Would you consider this a risky method, or would the constant motion mitigate a high volume occlusion? I can provide the link, but I wasn’t sure if providing another Dr.’s video/info would lead to a more diplomatic and less straightforward answer.

    • @DrTimPearce
      @DrTimPearce  3 роки тому +4

      The complete centre is probably the least dangerous, the factor I think that makes this area more potentially dangerous is the volume used... It's very rare to cause a VO, but if you do it with 0.5mls that's SO much worse than the 0.05 you might use in a single lip injection.

      @DrTimPearce  2 роки тому +4

      @@ABa-ve3ul 1 syringe is usually 1ml of dermal filler. I can’t recommend unfortunately as every patient is different and different needs result in different quantities.
      Aspirating between each delivery of a small bolus of product to spread your volume into multiple boluses will decrease the risk and the potential for a more serious vascular occlusion from a single, large bolus delivery.

    • @DrTimPearce
      @DrTimPearce  2 роки тому

      Can depend highly on what the implant is made from. One of the risks are granulomas with silicon based implants but yes they can get removed should complications arise. There is risk with both of course. And don’t go in with blinkers on. Go speak to a plastic surgeon that does filler too for a consultation and really ask those important questions.
