Dan, is it lateral canthus or lateral limbus or lateral iris? they are all different area. Canthus is the corner of the eyelid where skin begin; limbus is the edge of the iris. Hope you don't mind. I am an ophthalmologist and find your video highly educational

this looks very complicated, I'm in medical school. I get amnesia no matter how many times I watch the video. I realized that it is just too scary with all the arteries.

What happens if i accidentally slip under the bone and inject into the transverse artery? I used lidocaine to do on my cheek bone but wren i started to smile i felt a tingling sensation and looked like paralysis in my top right lip. What does this mean? I'm scared

Dan! 🙏❤️ THANK YOU so much for clearing up the confusion about injecting medial to the mid-pupillary line, in the medial cheek! There's so much contradictory advice about this issue, with many well-respected injectors disagreeing about whether to inject deep or superficially. I go deep with a cannula in this area, but all the contradictory advice makes me second guess myself. Anyway, thanks again, I love your videos! ❤️
