Everything about these sessions are so helpful, the time stamps, the assets, documenting the questions, all of it. Thanks for giving me the confidence to just dive into Redshift now and create some gorgeous renders.
This is a great training series. Great information on techniques and very generous, copious downloads! All the shaders converted beautifully to the new nodes. Thank you SO much.
Did you all end up covering Post Effects in another tutorial? Basically there are all these crazy settings in the Redshift Render View and it would be lovely to see those covered comprehensively in a video! Thanks, love the work you all are doing!
I do a LOT of renders with spotlights and IES lights, and that Cloner-Mesh Light trick sounds HANDY. Definitely going to have to try that on my next render!
I appreciate these so much. I've been using Cinema for a while but I ALWAYS learn something new in these videos. Keep up the great work guys! Your hard work is very much acknowledged and appreciated. 👏
Elly & Chad, your energy combined is so contagious👏🏽! Looking forward to next week (and creating a Cyberpunk Night City my computer can actually run 😉)
Testing out Redshift. Around 1hr 57mns chad had a Q about having the back wheel in focus only. Using a low aperture (shallow depth of field) under the Physical Tab would work
This was great, thanks! Couple questions: 1 - Does redshift have default lights on even when there's other lights/environments in the scene? 2 - Does the order of the stacking on the object manager matters? For example, does the RS Environment on top of the RS Dome Light has the same result as the other way around?
I was really ecstatic about redshift coming in cinema 4d and I can access it in cinema 4d but when I want to render, it does not work and shows following messages: license error, no device available. why does it do that?

DO THE SELECTION TAG THING! Omg that would be such a useful feature, Maxon! Here's hoping we see this in a future update :)
Amazing as always, I had to miss the live show so I really appreciate you guys posting this! ❤️
Mesh lights from a Polygon Selection or Vertex Maps would be so powerful! I definitely would like to request that.
Love these tutorials. Thank you!!!!

i'm trying to let volumetric light shine through colored glass and have the glass colorize the light beams, but it's not working. How do you do this?
what about the f-stop parameter on the physicsl tab. also use a sphere as the focus object and move it around
Thanks for tutorial.
The link to the project files is broken.
Please do upload the files again and post a new link. The files from the previous episodes are all down too…

PLEASE MAKE LIGHITING TOOLS WORKS WHITH REDSHIFT AREA LIGHT...
How do you add the Noise for the fog in Houdini/Redshift? I see no way to add noise to the environment.
Hey Elly & Chad , it doesn't have any file named 49TH STREET in project files, please check it : ) Video time tag : 01:18:31
