I did a combination of this video and others in a daily routine along with healthier eating. I would wake up at six every day and start with this video and then take a break and do the latin sizzle video and later on in the day do a more relaxed 30 minute workout :-) Because I have a slow metabolism I sadly have to do more exercise to keep the weight off along with this like swimming and cycling and its hard to fit in daily.
+Amy Idugboe . So Amy if I may ask, how do you manage to squeeze in eight videos a day? I mean I have a husband, kids, a job and other things that I'm working on and honestly, I can barely fit in one or two videos let alone eight videos per day so I MUST ask (beg :-)) you for your tactics/tricks. +l kofie you don't have to do full workouts 10 minute short workouts are just as good, and you can spread them out throughout the entire day at morning, noon, evening and night. depending on how your day is going.
+l kofie well basically I wake up at 4:30 am then I do 4 videos and eat a healthy breakfast then I do one of her shorter videos like this one after breakfast later at night at around 9:00 I do 3 videos
I lost already over fifty pounds with a bunch of Keairas workouts. Still lots more to go even though I feel as I am dying halfway of her videos. Love them. Thank you for posting these
I've been doing this workout everyday for a whole week, including a few other little exercises, and I have definitely seen results. I feel more happy, energetic and like I've lost some fat on my love handles. I suggest others to do this everday and see how u feel. It's only 10 minutes of your day!
I've been working out using Tiffany Rothe cardio videos and I recently started exercising with Keaira Lashae videos and I am lovin it, I am been challenged to be my best and the workouts are fun and not boring... I have to say that she is a great motivator she is lashae is keeping me on top of my fitness. I just finished The cardio fitness party and I'm drenching sweat. These mini workouts are great. I do atleast 4 of them a day and I'm seeing results. I wouldn't lie she's lashae is the truth 🙌🏿

This was my first Zumba workout (probably by the best Zumba workout to try first since I'm by experienced) but this definitely gave me a great workout! Thanks so much for making these videos and also having them so short, I didn't realize you can fit so much cardio into only 12 minutes!

Keaira can I suggest something with your workouts? May I suggest that you have one of your girls do a lower impact moderation in your videos that way everybody can participate? Cause right now this is like high impact BUT if one of your girls did a lower impact version to your high impact workout, THEN everybody can participate. Cause some people have mild arthritis or too fat either way Just a suggestion that I think will add more views and subscribers to your workouts. Please consider this suggestion for ALL of your future workouts. Thanks

Don’t give up. It takes repetition to get used to the motion of the moves. But soon your body starts to remember and it clicks.
