The first time I did this, I could only last 16 mins. It looks easy in the beginning but gets quite intense and you can feel it in your waist. I lost 2 Kilos in just a week's time. It's perfect for quick results. Thank you so much.

I just found your channel and did this workout today! I live on the second floor and have hard wood floors so I'm excited to work out properly without disturbing my neighbors downstairs. Also, I am going through perimenopause (ladies - especially you young ladies - pay attention) and found my waistline expanding even though I wasn't gaining substantial weight (4lbs in a year, not bad). Been doing this for 3 days, twice a day. Just fitted into a pair of shorts that I haven't worn since last summer. Also lost 3lbs. Cut out all junk and alcohol. I'm defo sticking with this.
The best workout I've found in a long time! Before that, I had a break in sports. But I did everything from start to finish. I was sweaty all over, but I didn't get irritated because of the exercises that I can't do. Because everything is accessible and understandable. Everything is simple, but effective. And at the same time varied, and therefore not boring. Great lesson structure and great performance. Sometimes the coach's smile wouldn't let me stop!
So thankful for this workout series. I’m 61 and I need to exercise but I need it to be doable for my knees and shoulders and I need cardio. This ticks all the boxes. In a few months I’ll post before and after photos because after 10 days I can already feel a difference in my clothes

Looks easier than it is. I used to do a lot of jjumping routines but thought I’d try a non jumping routine to give my knees a rest. It’s amazing how much you can still sweat even doing low impact. I think it’s the keeping of the arms above your heart that makes these exercises effective for cardio.
Love your workouts did them all through my pregnancy 3rd trimester just did the walking ones though. Now 14 weeks PP I’m going in strong, lost the 16kg I put on. Thank you xxx

Day 1: After the cool down, i was wasted.. 😂 i blow my gut out... but i sweat and heard my heartbeat for the first time in months, and it's like music in my ears... i just finish the slow down when I got my normal heartbeat. Thank you for this.❤ 65kg Day 2: didnt blow anything, and being familiarize with the routine, got to correct some of my postures. But my legs and arms were aching and still aching the whole day yesterday and this morning. 65kg. Day 3: It's a little bit easier than the first two days now, not catching my breath anymore, but still sweating a lot. Got progress on my form now, recommend to do this in front of a mirror. I can now see when Im out of form, still my thighs are aching the whole day yesterday. 65kg.❤ Day 4: rested, needed to attend to my child's graduation Day 5: another rest, my child had the fever. Day 6: continued, sweating my self out again, I was drench with sweat, done it in an airtight room, and i can feel more the burn in my arms.. my body is not aching anymore. 65kg. Day 6: miss day. Day 7: it gets easier every day. And more of routinary. And that's what i need to overcome. I lose 1kg as of today, and this keeps me going. 64kg.❤

Das ist echt Wahnsinn! Ich gehe mal davon aus, weil ich in den letzten 2 Wochen auch viel Gitarre gespielt habe, als ich krank war, und jeden Freitag Gitarrenunterricht nehme, das es daher kommt. Es tut mir einfach wahnsinnig gut! Aber auch deine Übungen helfen wahnsinnig gut für das Selbstvertrauen!!

Hello Liss, after following your channel for a long time, I've recently started doing your workouts in my weekly schedule! I'm currently healing a left tennis elbow and did this one this morning! Absolutely loved all the low impact moves! I skipped the 10 sec rests and started the next move while it was previewed instead! The video shows Section 4 was labeled as Cool Down but actually was more work! Section 5 was the actual cool down! Some of the moves were new to me and loved them all! Yes the finisher was harsh on legs but I need to work them out and weight doesn't help it was a little up from rest of workout but not complaining loved the workout it was steady and didn't tire me out but had a good workout

I will say I’ve been doing her workouts for over a year now & I am much HEALTHIER! Did I lose weight? Probably. But more importantly I can run with my kids, play tennis & soccer, do Kung Fu, all way more easily. I’m sorry I can’t give you a better answer. If I had changed my diet, I probably would have lost a lot of weight with her workouts. But she made me healthy & is the only UA-camr I use now! ♥️ Hope this helps! @burpeegirl ty for everything!

Thank for the best exercise... We started this a week ago and we feel the difference. I am 40 years old and too heavy. Just need some suggestions as I am getting knee pain when i try to sit or climbing steps(only left knee). Could please suggest me some tips, so that I can do it effectively. Have been doing this workout for the past 6-8 weeks and certainly feel an improvement in core strength. I do it at 0.75 speed as the normal speed is too fast for me and I don't feel like I get the full benefit.

This was great, although yesterday I did a Rebecca Louise Fitness 'Tiny Waist' workout so I really really really felt this one, lol, and that extra five minutes almost killed me, but thanks, it was a great sweaty workout, 3000+ steps!

Great Workout. I am a male over 55 and been performing aerobics for a couple of years. Your workout incorporates everything I have learned at a faster rate. I can now keep up. Nice.
Ok I am a woman who likes to start a workout but could never seem to finish it especially if the sequence gets complicated but I was able to finish this work out and its perfect for people who has small spaces..Its also low impact so I really love itThis is the best excersise for me..Thank you so much for inspiring me to get back in shape

Hello Liss, after following your channel for a long time, I've recently started doing your workouts in my weekly schedule! I'm currently healing a left tennis elbow and did this one this morning!
Absolutely loved all the low impact moves! I skipped the 10 sec rests and started the next move while it was previewed instead!
The video shows Section 4 was labeled as Cool Down but actually was more work! Section 5 was the actual cool down!
Some of the moves were new to me and loved them all!
And the warm up and cool down were just perfect!
I can't wait to do your strength workouts again!

Yes the finisher was harsh on legs but I need to work them out and weight doesn't help it was a little up from rest of workout but not complaining loved the workout it was steady and didn't tire me out but had a good workout

I will say I’ve been doing her workouts for over a year now & I am much HEALTHIER! Did I lose weight? Probably. But more importantly I can run with my kids, play tennis & soccer, do Kung Fu, all way more easily.
I’m sorry I can’t give you a better answer. If I had changed my diet, I probably would have lost a lot of weight with her workouts. But she made me healthy & is the only UA-camr I use now! ♥️

Doing is workout is very good of burning fat and weight loss🎉🎉🎉Get healthy and fit! Risk at catching diseases would go away because of this aerobic dance. Mom does this everyday while I don’t because I lost a lot of weight at school but anyways we could get healthy! No exercises equals easily catching diseases and dangerous viruses! So do exercise and keep healthy! #gethealthy

Thank for the best exercise... We started this a week ago and we feel the difference. I am 40 years old and too heavy. Just need some suggestions as I am getting knee pain when i try to sit or climbing steps(only left knee). Could please suggest me some tips, so that I can do it effectively.

Day 2 and I'm loving this workout. I'm going to put it out there that this workout WILL get me to lose weight and have an amazing body this summer ❤
Have been doing this workout for the past 6-8 weeks and certainly feel an improvement in core strength. I do it at 0.75 speed as the normal speed is too fast for me and I don't feel like I get the full benefit.
I've never been this consistent with workouts until I found your channel by luck. I really enjoy each one of them plus they are very effective

This was great, although yesterday I did a Rebecca Louise Fitness 'Tiny Waist' workout so I really really really felt this one, lol, and that extra five minutes almost killed me, but thanks, it was a great sweaty workout, 3000+ steps!

I've been looking for a routine I can do first thing in the morning & came across this. I'm definitely going to try it because comments seem positive. I will post again in 2 weeks with my results. I've tried different ones that are too intense for my level so I'm praying this is abit easier 🙂

Ok I am a woman who likes to start a workout but could never seem to finish it especially if the sequence gets complicated but I was able to finish this work out and its perfect for people who has small spaces..Its also low impact so I really love itThis is the best excersise for me..Thank you so much for inspiring me to get back in shape
