I love these videos! I used to actively avoid "youtube yogis" type sessions as none really provided the right mood, did not communicate poses well, or just weren't enough to satisfy me! You do great work, Sara! Thank you!!!

I used to dislike yoga because I always found it very challenging, not beginner friendly (though it stated so). I later found out I didn’t do pauses correctly, I was unaware of how to hold a simple pause. But you do communicate these very well in all your videos and I now practice yoga daily thanks to you. Keep up the good work 😊

This is definately one of my preferred collection of poses. It starts well and slow for first thing in the morning. Wish it was longer with a few other poses that were more stretch orientated.
