    I really appreciate your style of videos because you're not talking about anything else during it - no commenting on the weather, nothing about clothing, making silly jokes. I still like those videos but I'm usually running late so your videos get me thru a yoga practice way quicker in the mornings. Thank you!

    I can't remember if I commented, but I wanted to say thank you, bc this is my go-to yoga video. You don't have excessive talking; you get right down to it. I didn't know the terms when I first started, but it just takes a couple times to learn. My body practically reacts on its own now, esp when it hears this music (which I love).
    It also, for some reason, has been the best vid for my back pain! Like magic, my pain goes away after this 15 min session. All I can say is thank you so much :) You're calm and clear and beautiful. You don't treat us like we're stupid, and use the terms naturally. The vid has great music and succinct directions, which is all I can ask for. Thanks!

    This is an awesome flow for the morning. I am going to do it every morning and your 15 minute night time flow every night. When I get comfortable I will probably go to the 20 minute version. Thank you so much for posting this. It is exactly what I was looking for.

    This is one of my first videos with SarahBeth - and it is one of my most favorite. I'm subscribed to the channel since April 2016 (was following free Pregnancy routine) and I saw the development and professional growth of Sarah and Video quality BUT this video has a special place my heart. When I have a bad mood or cranky I always do this Energizing Morning Routine to start my day on the right foot. :) Love the home setting, feeling that we are doing practice together in my leaving room. And the music background is just perfect.

    So appreciate the warm and gentle tone of your voice for the morning..The pace of the postures is just right as well, My only request would be to see the twist posture to the right as you say it. Stops me from wondering if hand is in right place etc. Thank you so much for the comprehensive range of classes you provide.

    Hi Sarah Beth. I am loving the #30dayyogachalenge! my ideal marking routine is 45-60 minutes quite time in the morning. this includes 1/2 cafe coffee and devotional readings &/or meditation, sealed with a 15 minute yoga routine.

    I dont know why everyone else is complaining about the music. I got so lost into the flow that it didnt bother me! This has been an absolutely fantastic and refreshing routine. The timing was do-able and easy. Thank you!!

    Wow love this! 15 minutes is just the right amount of time for me, some of the other morning yoga videos I've seen are super long and I just don't really have the time for that in the morning. This one is perfect though!

    YES! I can't see the old Energizing Morning Yoga Routine sense it's no longer available in Sweden, and I used to do it almost every morning so I was really sad about that. But this made my day, thank you so much!

    It is so interesting that this is an energizing flow but yet I feel relaxed AND energized. This was a great way to start out my New Year's Eve. I'm really looking forward to my progress in yoga and doing more of your videos. I kind of lost touch with this video over the past few weeks feeling restless and wanting "a challenge" yet this was great to revisit and see my progress. I want to keep coming back to this video.
