They are always maintained, the problem is the usage of the roads. Construction literally goes on everyday. Roads just get beat up day by day

Bill, I lived in Glendale in the roaring 70's. Too bad you missed it. It was before and during the damn Galleria when there was a great country bar called the Forge. If you got tired of that you went to the Brass Rail. Wanted to dance, you went to the Round Robin. Good times.....
