Bidiguilo Chefão I chose the vampire side, and sadly you can’t sell them if you pick the vampires over the Dawnguard. trust me i have tried several times
@@dylandyson-holland5841 idk what you're talking about... i always pick the vampires and the moth priest approached me to buy the elder scrolls from me at the end of the quest
I really like the black market ability. I know its just for convenience, but its really nice to immediately sell the dragon bones/scales right after killing one.
Eh I found the Dremora Butler to be more useful Over-encumbered? Summon this dude and make him hold your stuff I mean I used the Butler when I was building houses, like I'd buy all the materials I needed, summon the Butler so he can hold the extra stuff and summon him again when I needed the materials, oh yeah the thing I noticed very quickly with house building is that Iron Ingots will suddenly become that most important item in the game, lol
I hate powers they might be good but the once a day thing sucks because I always tell myself not to use it because I might need it later but I never do I wish they had a shout type cool down and were just much harder to get
Riley just use them! I found that days can pass by pretty quickly if you wanna turn into a werewolf just do it by the time you need it again you’ll probably have gone back to town to sell stuff etc so after you rest up and head out you’ll be ready to use them again.
That's what the Wait option is for. If you use a day power just wait 24 hours with the Wait option, lol That's what I did with Beast Form before getting Hircine's Ring
My dad had a lot of fun with the Ritual Stone. Once, when he was at a pretty low level, he had to face a Deathlord with an ebony bow. He tried a few times and failed (it one shot him), then he proceeded to drag every Draugur that he could access into the same room, he gave the one wight an ebony greatsword which he had gotten just prior from his first Deathlord. That wight was an absolute champ. He also used it against King Olaf One-Eye who promptly got destroyed by a horde of Draugur but not before letting out an absolutely glorious unrelenting force. One of the best times was against Potema. After defeating the Draugur Scourge, halfway through the onslaught, he activated the Ritual Stone power. The battle that proceeded was epic.
Ahhh, the Ritual Stone... Decided to play as a necromancer during one playthrough and grabbed it. Had the expanded Civil War mod, so there were sometimes groups of 30-40 Stormcloaks and Imperials fighting on the roads. Found one, and had a big entourage for the rest of the walk to Riften at the cost of a little framerate.
Secret of arcana can also allow you unlimited level ups by using telekinesis and holding an item in the air until you have 100 alteration. Even when 30 seconds are up you can keep holding the spell and you level up insanly fast.
MLG Balloon Boy you can also use lightning storm, if u dont stop to cast, it wont stop with arcana, u can do it on invincible character, i used a bugged dragon, but there's shadowmere tho
You can also get the power have telikenekis in both hands lift an object with one hand in a hold then fast travle to another hold and boom you have 100 alteration.
Why would I ever summon Karstaag? If he’s the toughest enemy to fight in Skyrim, and if I can beat him, why would I need him if it’s all down hill from there?
One character being insanely powerful yet beaten by you doesn't make summoning them useless. Depending on the situation having that much firepower active can free you up. Many of the most difficult fights in games aren't difficult because of the power levels of the opponents, but because of their positions and complimenting abilities. I've died much more often to ranged targets in games than I have to the massive lumbering brutes and that's simply because one is distracting you from the other
Elder Scrolls 7 Fight Karstaag in whatever realm things killed in whatever realm ghosts go to when they're killed after the initial death when they were alive.
Secret of arcana can also be used as an exploit. If you actuvate it, then pick something up with the telekinesis spell and immediately fast travel across the map, your alteration will be kicked up to 100, and you'll level up 3-5 times in the early levels. Really good for becoming OP earlier than normally possible
Agreed. Haskill was the reason you'd feel like the new daedric prince. Nothing says "this guy is a powerful lord" quite like a butler who is summoned at will.
Combine the ritual stone with azhidals ring of necromancy and you get a horde of terrori-uhh I mean a horde of undead bombs. And with the aetherial crown you can use the power whenever you want (by unequpping it and reequpping it, if it's the 2nd stone power you pick up) giving you unlimited undead bombs! (they don't turn to ash)
Faddishname 228 considering you probably won't be casting spells too much but instead just watching as your bombs blow everything up, you can go whatever you want. Maybe high elf so you can cast spells more easily until you get your important stuff. Assuming you're gonna go full on for the necromancer thing. You technically don't even need magicka to make this happen, so you can do anything.
Iced Gamer ok thanks for responding and good idea for the high elf haven't made a build for them in a long time hope you have a great day or night depending on were you are

I know most people have trouble getting out of the stealth archer cycle but for me the sword and shield + shouts and enchanting is so much more addictive to me. So much less passive and with lots of emphasis on timing your bashes and shouts

I love the way that Michael and Scott talk, "What is up ladies and gentlemen?" It sounds like mixing the way people normally talk with a more formal version, and they don't do it badly.
One of my personal favorites is the shadow cloak and an assassin build each time you turn invisible immediately attack and you will teleport behind your target and slit their throat, for 120 seconds you can destroy entire camps of enemies this way without ever being hit
Wait....those stones on solstheim did stuff? I just freed them and walked off hahahaha. Good thing I played a bow mage. Double dremora and the best bow in game makes powers more niche then need.
One time I was in riften and I killed all the imperial guards and then used the ritual stone to resurrect them all and storm riften castle it was awesome
Nearly 2k hours of Skyrim, and this week I discovered the Bannered Mare has a second door to Whiterun, on the kitchen, you're able to summon werebears and you can see the damage of bound weapons on the character menu. Sometimes I'm amazed by my sheer dumbness, other times, by the vast amount of stuff available in TESV: Skyrim.
The thing about only being able to summon karstaag 3 times is that he probably won't be used at all, people don't want to risk losing him when there may be a more important time
The ritual stone can go into a combo with the ethereal crown ... use the power, remove the crown, wear it again and you will be able to reuse the ritual power of the stone!
Fudgemuppet please ;-; I need the fashion for the Renjira build you guys had because I can't quite tell what you guys said the fashion was. I've replayed the section several times and I can't understand what the set was that the build used
Best use for the black book imo is so you can have a character less aimed towards magicka BUT you can get the thrall spell and cast it for free because it costs a shit ton of magicka to cast early on
renoloverxoxo no, it’s not projectile vomiting like the afflicted enemies. It’s just a point and click paralyze that can be used once a day. No special animation, sadly, but still useful
I'm playing through Dragonborn as a permanently level 2 Werewolf focused character, and I already got a conjure flame thrall book from one of the Black Books. I'm hoping to get the Secret of Arcana or Tree Stone power to get myself a Thrall at level 2.
Also, if you enter the soul cairn at level 46 or higher, the knight enemies will drop their dragonbone weapon and possibly a piece of dragonbone armor.
Is there a mod or something that ups the difficulty of Skyrim? Even when playing on the highest difficulty setting I found myself never being in trouble or needing to use allies like Kaarstag
Make a glass cannon build. E.g. use two-handed weapons in combat but don't use any armor, enchanting or sneaking and allocate all your level ups to stamina. Then play on legendary. If that's too easy aswell then congratulations, the game has nothing more to offer in form of challenge.
Become a vampire, dragon and anything using fire will make you sweat a lot Nothing like being killed by some fucking fire spider after defeating Alduin and Miraak
I usually play a punch based, tank/heavy armor, orc werewolf and I still use the ritual stone. The fact you can reanimate an entire giant camp with a half dozen whiterun guards to blitz enemies is too good to pass up.
Ritual Stone is even better if used in conjunction with the Aetherial Crown. Cast, unequip, reequip, cast again. It’s the most powerful resurrection spell in the game, and you have unlimited usage of it.
so i got the Ritual Stone, went to the Whiterun Stormcloak Camp, killed everything non-essential and then revived the entire camp and walked around with a legion of undead warriors :-D
Shadow Cloak of nocturnal is really fun for melee stealth kills. Walk up behind some, slit their throat, and vanish until you are behind someone else. Makes me feel like nightcrawler. I cleared that thalmor hold in the North without anyone know I was there.
In the next TES they should have it located on part of Black Marsh and part of Morrowind. Because it would add in a new province but only a small portion of each as to keep Black Marsh mysterious, and would have Morrowind completely fleshed out and done as well as the Morrowind game, which would also provide nostalgia. I doubt Bethesda will do this but I think it is a cool idea that could work.
The ritual stone power can be placed into the aetherial crown as well. allowing you to un-equip an re-equip the crown the "Refresh" the power as if it had just been added to you. allowing you to use it as many time per day as you want.
Me i should play with a exotic race my next playthrough: picks nord for the 100th time ouh Well atleast i dont look like a disgusting elf or an argonian
I got to say I can't believe that I didn't see what you were doing until I got to the read the first letter thing I kinda feel a little bit stupid now lol
Be a werewolf, summon a werebear, have two dead thralls, then turn into a werewolf, and finally use the werewolf howl of the blood moon to summon two werewolves just as powerful as you are and make sure to have a follower and a pet follower meaning you'd have a total of 7 allies in combat and if you use the right follower you can get one more in the form of their summon
~ 4:10 you can actually reduce your magic costs much more that that. If you use alchemy in combination with enchanting (No resto loop, just the in-game bonuses) You can get that 25% reduction to a 33% reduction. So you could get 2 schools down to 1% spell costs, and 1 school to 34% spell costs. Doing works just like the resto loop, but you don't use the resto potions. Just enchanting potions, then enchant for alchemy. Rinse repeat until you get the max allowed bonus
Karstaag is not that impressive as a boss. I mean I beat him with a level 58 mage in vanilla. There's a safe spot in the room where he can't reach with any of his attacks, I used Dremora Lord summons to bait Karstaag into the open, and then bombarded him with lots of fireballs. This Vanilla Pure Mage, was a bit of a glass cannon to have such a generous magicka pool, but seldom ever got into melee anyway.
Wild Productions What do you mean by "fault"? I don't recall taking issue with my own use of strategy over stupidly rushing an enemy that is insanely dangerous on close quarters. I'm merely pointing out that Karstaag is an easy fight, for the clever strategist.
its Rex Well I'll agree that they're *harder* on Legendary difficulty. I've never downloaded any mods to enhance that difficulty, but I've only found that increased difficulty doesn't negate the ease of defeating a boss, it just means being smarter about how it's done. For instance, my old vanilla pure mage was fine to rush Dragon Priests because even though a Glass Cannon build, a combination of the, 3 ranks of Magic Resistance perks, and the Atronach perk, both from the Alteration Skill Tree, and Atronach Standing Stone, my old vanilla mage has 30% magic resistance, and 80% Magic Absorb. Top that off with all my custom enchanted gear, and dragon priests with their magic-only approach to combat become easy at any difficulty.
Kaarstag was one brutally tough bastard to beat, the first time I fought him, he ROFL stomped me immediately, to this day I still remember my first brutal encounter with him
You know what’s even cooler about the ritual stone? If you get the Atherial crown you can have two standing stone effects. So once you get your hands on it, get some standing stone like the atronach stone or steed stone or whatever and then get the ritual stone. Now if you use the ritual stone power, take off and re equip the Atherial crown and the power will be added back to your list and you can use it again. So basically you just hot key the crown and the power and you use the power, click the button for the crown twice, and then equip the power with the hot key and boom even more undead army. This will work with any standing stone power so long as it is the second stone you have.
If you put the necromancer stone power on the aetherial crown: you can have unlimited use of the stone power simply by taking the crown off and putting it back on. Every time you re-equip the crown it gives you use of the power again. Makes those civil war battles in the keeps and cities pretty interesting as you you create a massive army of undead, even out of the undead who've died because they don't disintegrate. Also makes for a handy way to fully charge the ebony blade: taking one friendly NPC and just killing that single npc over and over by reanimating it again and again. Even if you don't have the aetherial crown, btw, you can just lead your friendly npc into a cave or some such, kill them with the ebony blade, use the ritual stone power, kill them again: then wait 24 hours and begin a rinse and repeat. Easiest way to level the ebony blade using only one npc for the task and without using any exploits since some people consider the aetherial crown+ritual stone to be game breaking.
So I was going through the first dungeon you go through in the companions storyline. I was a necromancer so I picked up the ritual stone ability. At the end of the dungeon tons of draugr pop out of their caskets and then a big boss comes out. I used the ritual stone and I had at least 25 draugr fighting for me
I always pick arcano and black market powers from the Black Books... they are my favorites. I spam level alteration spell using arcano while telekinesis and fast travel. Easiest leveling up ever. And that Dremora Merchant has saved me many times from being over encumbered, while increasing my gold and speech skills. 😎👍
I guess the Shadow Cloak of Nocturnal is a pretty rare power since nobody ever returns the Skeleton Key

Ever since Morrowind, Mai'q basically brings up things that players wanted, and either jokes about it, or kind of explains why it's not around.

I was toying with the idea of making a Necro for a while, now you really put me in the mood for that :D
Great vid!
Summon a Werebear wherebear you're pointing
Nightingale strife is straight op and looks amazing.
"Top five DLC Powers"
Ritual stone ain't dlc thou
Simulacrum Dei 3 out of 5 of them were from a dlc
This statement is dead now
The thing about only being able to summon karstaag 3 times is that he probably won't be used at all, people don't want to risk losing him when there may be a more important time
Yeah that's my problem with consumable spells and unique one time use items in all games. It's just the what if scenario
The best power is the power of love, cause it don't take money, don't take fame, don't take no credit card to ride this train.
Except this train is crazy and destined to go off the rails.
looks like someone hasn’t tried the atronach stone before
Someone obviously never had a girlfriend
Do you refrence the lovers stone
In skyrim, love costs 300 gold. It isn’t free but relatively cheap.
Gonna be real honest right now I struggle to sleep without noise in the background and this channel is my number one channel for going to bed to
The only time I’ve used kaarstag once because the ebony warrior fight was taking a while so I just summoned him and he trashed the ebony warrior.
Leo Brown I’ve tried that on legendary difficulty and the ebony warrior beat kaarstag
@@wrightlawgbc for real damm
The ritual stone can go into a combo with the ethereal crown ... use the power, remove the crown, wear it again and you will be able to reuse the ritual power of the stone!
Fudgemuppet please ;-; I need the fashion for the Renjira build you guys had because I can't quite tell what you guys said the fashion was. I've replayed the section several times and I can't understand what the set was that the build used
Snazzy Feathers immersive armor or einherjar armor mod
SOVIET BLOBFISH I know it's in the immersive armor mod, but I don't know what the exact armor that they used is because I can't tell what they said
Snazzy Feathers it is the einherjar armor
SOVIET BLOBFISH ahh okay thank you very much!
Best use for the black book imo is so you can have a character less aimed towards magicka BUT you can get the thrall spell and cast it for free because it costs a shit ton of magicka to cast early on
They should add the power of the wild hunt to bosmer
Tremain Dzuimo If I remember correctly , when a Bosmer use the Wild Hunt he can't go back to his Bosmer form.
S3M1R S1N0 damnit you're right
Tremain Dzuimo It would still be awesome to see mad Bosmer transform into it.
That Ash Spawn at 5:45 appears to be regretting his life decisions
What about The Serpent Stone's Afflicted projectile vomiting?
Wait THAT'S WHAT IT DOES???
renoloverxoxo no, it’s not projectile vomiting like the afflicted enemies. It’s just a point and click paralyze that can be used once a day. No special animation, sadly, but still useful
I’m in my car watching this on break at work haha. Great intro my dude
I am in a car
LizardKing I'm on the Toilet, taking a 5-star dump.
Hi in a car, I’m Ryan
I'm on a boat.
LizardKing im dead inside

I'm playing through Dragonborn as a permanently level 2 Werewolf focused character, and I already got a conjure flame thrall book from one of the Black Books. I'm hoping to get the Secret of Arcana or Tree Stone power to get myself a Thrall at level 2.
When you need to eat food to heal
Me: Draugr?
Draugr Deathlord: AGH
Me: Pause, cuz i needa eat
*waits*
Draugr Deathlord DONE?
Me: Yes let us continue
Also, if you enter the soul cairn at level 46 or higher, the knight enemies will drop their dragonbone weapon and possibly a piece of dragonbone armor.
Is there a mod or something that ups the difficulty of Skyrim? Even when playing on the highest difficulty setting I found myself never being in trouble or needing to use allies like Kaarstag
Desm 0708 try wildcat
Dry doing permadeaths (restarting the game when you die) if the game feels too easy.
Boi
Make a glass cannon build. E.g. use two-handed weapons in combat but don't use any armor, enchanting or sneaking and allocate all your level ups to stamina. Then play on legendary. If that's too easy aswell then congratulations, the game has nothing more to offer in form of challenge.
Become a vampire, dragon and anything using fire will make you sweat a lot
Nothing like being killed by some fucking fire spider after defeating Alduin and Miraak
I usually play a punch based, tank/heavy armor, orc werewolf and I still use the ritual stone. The fact you can reanimate an entire giant camp with a half dozen whiterun guards to blitz enemies is too good to pass up.
By vanilla, you mean non-modded as opposed to meaning no dlc.
Ritual Stone is even better if used in conjunction with the Aetherial Crown. Cast, unequip, reequip, cast again. It’s the most powerful resurrection spell in the game, and you have unlimited usage of it.
I'm actually in my car at home with my windows down smoking a bowl, that made me laugh
so i got the Ritual Stone, went to the Whiterun Stormcloak Camp, killed everything non-essential and then revived the entire camp and walked around with a legion of undead warriors :-D
I accutally never completed the thieves guild questline because I wanted to keep the skeleton key.
you can just skill into lockpicking and get the master perk so lockpicks never break..
Dunkelelf3 Or I can keep the skeleton key and not bother with that.
Spending perk points into Lockpick is like buying a special sock that magically warms your feet.
but you can then get the power or you can just have a few hundred lock picks
Koishi Komeiji I would totally do that.
Best video of 2018 so far imo
Just tell karrstag to chill out
Godzilla74 Jr man's not hot?

Shadow Cloak of nocturnal is really fun for melee stealth kills. Walk up behind some, slit their throat, and vanish until you are behind someone else. Makes me feel like nightcrawler. I cleared that thalmor hold in the North without anyone know I was there.

I love the Ritual Stone. Once a day is not a problem when you charge the Atherial Crown with it. Its got a decent range, around 25ft
I was about to go to sleep $@%&....
It’s 5:27am thanks a lot XD
You know what a timezone is, right?
Paddy the Daddy yeah Ik im est they’re probably different
SimplyStupidd , Central Time Zone, USA? MIDWEST?
Although to be fair, even thou they are rare, you might want to prepare for the werbear there.
What was that place at the start with the frozen throne?
the ice giant throne on Solthtsime?

Castle Karstagg
In the next TES they should have it located on part of Black Marsh and part of Morrowind. Because it would add in a new province but only a small portion of each as to keep Black Marsh mysterious, and would have Morrowind completely fleshed out and done as well as the Morrowind game, which would also provide nostalgia. I doubt Bethesda will do this but I think it is a cool idea that could work.
Kaarstag is THE strongest enemy in the game
Fromage Du Pays um no magic anomolys are
Damn. All he took was one punch.
Prime Aggravator yes but it's not an enemy
Old vid I know but I like the recap at the end
I'm so gay for Nocturnal
I'm gay but I'm straight for her
What the fuuuuuuuuck
I'm gay for the skelleton key
The ritual stone power can be placed into the aetherial crown as well. allowing you to un-equip an re-equip the crown the "Refresh" the power as if it had just been added to you. allowing you to use it as many time per day as you want.
Me i should play with a exotic race my next playthrough: picks nord for the 100th time ouh Well atleast i dont look like a disgusting elf or an argonian
KiaraVanwood Well they have shit stats and ugly tails lol nothing personnel kid
KiaraVanwood disease immunity is useless cuz diseases rarely effect you and the other point you made is entirely opinionated
KiaraVanwood yes i dont like tails lol
Lol disgusting elf when they are literally known for being the most aesthetic.

You couldn't think of a word that begins with "S?"
JohnZ117 there.
The Shadow Cloak of Nocturnal isn't as useful as the skeleton key
None of the Nightingale powers are as useful as the Skeleton Key, lol
The Nightingale powers are actually pretty useless if you think about it
I was sitting in my car listening to this video, so the intro was extra special
Damn it’s hella late here in California
Sean Estrella Star ⭐️ guck off
Sean Estrella Same here in Ohio
Couldn't hear you over how early it is in Arkansas
The Joker I'm in Ohio too its 6 am
This Vanilla Pure Mage, was a bit of a glass cannon to have such a generous magicka pool, but seldom ever got into melee anyway.
what's your point? none of the bosses in this game are hard. even the ebony warrior can be cheesed.
Random Chiroptera Isn't that your own fault for cheesing him?
Wild Productions
What do you mean by "fault"? I don't recall taking issue with my own use of strategy over stupidly rushing an enemy that is insanely dangerous on close quarters.
I'm merely pointing out that Karstaag is an easy fight, for the clever strategist.
all of the bosses are easy unless you play legendary difficulty with mods that amplify the difficulty late game
its Rex
Well I'll agree that they're *harder* on Legendary difficulty.

I used the ritual stone and I had at least 25 draugr fighting for me
Using the ritual stone in tandem with with aetherial crown and azhidal's ring of necromancy is pretty op.
i love that free cast power ... i always use it to call a thrall for my warriors :) which normally couldnt
Nothing quite like that Ritual Stone/Atherial Crown combo.
I didn't know about the Karstaag fight, so when I stumbled upon it, I thought it was just another fight, I got my ass stomped over and over again
6:16 im not a nercomancer in skyrim but that stone has saved my butt a lot with creating undead to make sure i become dead
