    I do yoga,I don't any junk,once in a while small piece of dairy milk,only home food,rice and vegetables chapati,kalu,why am I not loosing weight.can u guide homemaker women like me.please

      ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಬಹಳ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಇರುತ್ತೆ. ಆದ್ರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬರೀ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನವರಿಗೆ ಸರಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೆ. ನನ್ನಂತೆ ವಯಸ್ಸಾದವರಿಗೆ......
      ಎಕ್ಸರ್ಸೈಜ್ ಮಾಡಕ್ಕೆ, ದೇಹದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಂಬಾ ತೊಂದ್ರೆ, exampal ನನಗೆ ಕತ್ತು ನೋವು ಇದೆ. ಸೊಂಟ ನೋವು, ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಮಂಡಿ ನೋವು. ಮೊದಲು ಸಣ್ಣಗೆ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ದಪ್ಪ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. 5.4" ಇದೀನಿ. 63 kg ಇದ್ದೆ. ಈಗ 87 kg ಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೆ. ಈಗ 3 ತಿಂಗಳಿಂದ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕಮ್ಮಿ ಆಗಿದೀನಿ. ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಯೋಗ, ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ವಾಕ್, ನನ್ನ ತೊಂದ್ರೇಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೊಂದುವಂತ ಆಸನಗಳು. ಆಹಾರ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ. ಆದ್ರೆ, ಅನ್ನ, ಚಪಾತಿ, ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ, ಕಾಳು, ತರಕಾರಿ, ಹಾಲು, ಪಾನೀರ್, ಮೊಸರು, ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಹೀಗೆ.....
      ಈ 3 ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 79 kg ಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೀನಿ. ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ವಾಕ್ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಡೋಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದರೆ, ಮಂಡಿ ನೋವು ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಆಗೋಗಿದೆ. ನಡಿಯಕ್ಕೆ ತೊಂದ್ರೆ. ಹೀಗಾದ್ರೆ. ವಾಕ್ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ತೂಕ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದರೆ ಅನ್ನೋ ಭಯ.
      ನನ್ನ ವಯಸ್ಸು 58. ಈಗ ಸಣ್ಣ ಆಗಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಾ, ಅಥವಾ ಇಷ್ಟೇನಾ..
