I am a member of a dance squad-type deal in my school and one of the things I’ve noticed about the majority of TikTok dances is that they’re just so awkward, sometimes even _with_ the music.
When the dance squad practice, we often have to run through the choreo without music in order to hear what the instructor is telling us, and even for solo routines, it’s never near as awkward as 90% of the TikTok dances I’ve seen.
But to each their own, I guess. So long as you’re not hurting anyone.

Take a rest and drink some water! If you're doing voice training it may help to walk away and focus on something else for a little and come back in a few days to try again. It takes time don't force it! You'll get there!
Hey I'm autistic too.
If you have voice dysphoria then for sure go for voice training. But I want to second the other person, looking cis is not looking like your gender. Cis people don't have a monopoly on all the genders. Being visibly trans is a completely secondary thing to being visibly yr gender. We definitely need to change "passing as [gender]" to passing as cis bc most of the time people damn well know yr gender, they just don't necessarily think yr cis WHICH IS OKAY BECAUSE YR TRANS. Trans is beautiful!
Recommendation for voice training? If you don't already, practice singing first. It's easier for me to manipulate the tone of my voice when I have the luxury of volume & I'm just vibing to music I like. Fucking w/ my speaking voice is always much more difficult for me. Also, do your vocal exercises or sing in a hot shower! The steam is awesome.
Also, if you can't hack it, definitely don't be discouraged! You are awesome either way. 💕
