Good morning, Kseny!
I notice that I am less able to do hip opening repetitions while standing on right leg for support my left leg is less able to do what I can do withstanding on left leg for support I can do hip opening and leg circles more easily with right leg. What should I do?
Have a table or high chair to hold on to while doing left hip. It is quite common that the right side is more flexible. you can add extra repetitions for the left hip only if you feel comfortable and remain relaxed
