Good morning, Kseny! This was the first session I did with you that focused on strength in the lower body. I am So happy to share with you I have made so much progress with being able to stand up on my toes with balance and strength! The side leg circles were challenging today, but I will keep doing this video until I can do them just like you!

9 weeks ago I experienced sudden hearing and loss of balance. I have now been diagnosed with Vestibular Suhwannoma and want to inprove my balance issues. I have done your exercises today for the first time and hope it will help with my problem.

Good morning, Kseny, I start my practice each morning with you and usually choose a more gentle morning one to ease the aches and pains. Once I am warmed up, I do a second session with you for more strength, like this one. I'm still so happy with the progress I continue to make being able to stand up with better balance on my toes. Now I want to keep getting stronger standing on my one leg so that I get much better at the straight leg circles on the left side. Good morning, Kseny! Well it appears that I haven't done this video for 3 months! I'm much stronger raising up slowly on my toes now and better able to maintain my balance but I still find it challenging to stand on my right leg because my left leg is more challenging and I need to hold onto something. But I can stand on my left leg and do the right leg circles without support.
Good morning! It's great to hear about your progress-well done! It's wonderful that you're stronger and have improved your balance. It's completely normal to have one side that's more challenging. Keep holding onto something for support as needed, and you'll continue to get stronger on that side too. Thank you for sharing your journey! 😊

Hi Olga, medical qigong is very specific and should be taught by someone who has a degree in traditional Chinese medicine. Medical qigong is focused on treating specific conditions from TCM perspective and can be very effective. I don’t teach that, I focus on qigong for overall health and well-being.
