When I first saw this I was somewhat skeptical and just thought it’d be a rerelease with less villains and shiny Villain movers. But after seeing everything you guys did to upgrade these villains I’m actually somewhat tempted to get it.
Please consider bringing John Silver and Scroop from Treasure Planet to this series. They should have their own set since they're two antagonists from the same movie. I'd call it Beware The Cyborg.
I would love to see “CHERNABOG” from Disney’s “Fantasia” as the next Villainous expansion. Answering the question “What hero” could be included in Chernabog expansion set. The easiest answer would be “Sorcerer Mickey”, “The Mop and Bucket” could be either Hero or TOOLS. Hero action could be “CHURCH BELLS”, and “DAWN (Sunrise).” Chernabog allies, Tools could include “Witches”, Ghosts. “ Tool/Acton “Midnight” prevent Hero action or Vanquish Hero/Prevent Hero from being played at location. A TARGET exclusive mover “CHERNABOG” Translucent Dark Grayish purple with Glow in the dark Eyes. Largest mover piece part of the Baldwin Mountain, wings and Chernabog’s horned head and glow in the dark eyes.
So me and my wife just got this set because it was the most updated version of the game from our research but we didn't realize we'd actually be missing out on two whole characters (queen and Jafar.) Is there any expansion or anything to get those two characters back? Really don't want to have to re-buy the whole old base game just to get them. They really should've been included here.
I just got the game and haven't played it yet. Im really excited. I also have Ravensburgers Jurassic Park danger and just figured out how to play, and it's AMAZING!!!
I wonder how I'm going to get Jafar and Queen of Hearts now that I've bought (and only have) Introduction to Evil. Would you consider re-releasing those two (maybe with a third villain, I don't know) for people like me? Or will we never have access to them unless we decide to buy the original Worst Takes it All?
In the original game, villains start in the leftmost location, instead of their portrait. Is this rule changed for intro to evil? Does it apply to villains in earlier expansions? Also is the Fate Token still used?
This adjustment is in the rulebook of Disney Villainous Introduction to Evil and what we now recommend. The fate token is not used. For friendly games, you can use this adjusted rule for your previously published Disney Villainous games or the rules as they are in the originally published rulebooks... as long as everyone at the table is on the same page. Thanks for asking! -Lysa
@@ravensburgerna Any particular reason why both players start with 2 Power now? At first glance, that seems like it would give a massive advantage to the person going first.
Hi, would like to make two questions: - Is this version compatible with the other sets? - How can I get Jafar and the Queen of Hearts? Need to buy the first version or there will be an updated set for that villains?. Thank you in advance

Thanks for the video! I was hoping for clarification on a ruling. I usually play a three player game. When I start to win, the other two players fate me back to back, usually only with a break being my turn. While I know I can probably play better, is it allowed for players to team up on one person and fate them back to back? It just feels really bad lol Hope you respond! And thanks again!
Win Conditions changed for Maleficient and Prince John Locked Realms are removed in Captain Hook and Ursula. Ursula Worst Takes It All complex character to play unlock and lock realms and move the trident and crown to her lair. Attach contracts to the hero. Introduction to Evil removed the locked realms and contracts perform vanquish actions. Prince John and Maleficient was too easy with their win conditions. Prince John has to collect 20 power Worst Takes it all Introduction to Evil, Prince John has to gain 20 power and put Robin Hood in jail. Maleficient has a curse in all four realms on her game board Worst Takes It all. Introduction to Evil an ally and curse must be at the four locations on her board. Ravensburger listened to the gamers and made changes. I got into the game during the pandemic and own all expansions. Star Wars and Marvel are amazing and more challenging. I love the villainous series. Lord of the Board and the Absent Gamer friend has great tips on how to play each character.
In a 1v1 between The Seventh Sister and Boba Fett, SS killed her last hero which fulfilled BF's 'Remember Where You Came From' condition to kill a character (bounty hunter), automatically completing his last bounty. Is this a draw?
I'm looking for the PDF version of the English rules for the Disney Villainous: The Worst Takes It All version (green box)- Any help with that would be great! Thanks.
I guess im just not into contrived board games that are made complex for the sake of complexities. This wasnt really fun for us having to try and figure this out for everyone involved
The Intro and Outro... their set up of all the expansions (and them excluding "Worst Takes It All") kinda makes it feel like they're disowning WTIA... Is this true?? Is your original green box now obsolete??
Disappointed that old villains are being rereleased. Waste of resources and pointless in my opinion. Maybe this is where I jump off the bandwagon for this game.

Same! No lock tokens it seems though. But maybe I should read the updated rulebook... I liked the lock tokens, especially with captain Hook
What’s different? I noticed prince john has an updated objective

I like this short little basic guide, would love to see how you guys present Ratigan, my favorite character to play 😊

I have questions. I have game villainous for 6 players. Some locations must be locked. How to open locations when we play?

Movers first start on their portrait now?? HUGE for some villains. I am guessing this applies to all expansions of Disney Villainous now?
Yes if you want to play the version in 'Intro to Evil', but if you prefer to play the more strategic version, continue to use the original rules.
Does the portrait starting rule and 2 power start for all players apply to the base set/expansions?

1:32 "...in their most maniacal voice"
Is that an option?
You say 2-4 players. But some places I’ve seen say up to 6? Is 2-4 just the recommended group size? Or did it change?
As someone who's always preferred the heroes, can you imagine what the hero version of this game would be like?
Can you help? You haven’t said what the token does?! I understand about the fate cards but what about the token?
The Fate Token is described in 'Worst Takes it All' and in all expandalones it is not needed in 'Intro to Evil'.
What is the official ruling for “poor unfortunate souls”? Is it just an insta kill?
I guess im just not into contrived board games that are made complex for the sake of complexities. This wasnt really fun for us having to try and figure this out for everyone involved
Hi, how exactly use ACTIVATE action?
Didn't go over how to get fate counters or what the numbers mean

No 'Worst Takes It All' is not obsolete.
Will the other villians not in the base set be updated in the future?
the rule book says the first player gets zero power tokens but u said everyone starts with 2?
The first player doesn't get a power token. That's what the rules say.
As clear as mud 😢
I don’t understand why he won’t just show us a real round of play. That would be more helpful than reading the instructions!
