Sometimes I get unmotivated and can’t stop watching random videos forever. I am in the middle of it today and I’m here to get inspired to stop it.

This is almost every day for me. It’s a constant battle against a deficit in motivation. I’m always late for work even though I spent at least two or three hours beforehand watching videos on UA-cam. Sigh

Same here! It’s so addicting. It’s like the new alcohol or something. A way to drink away (or scroll away) our problems.

10+ years ago I worked as a part time dishwasher and I had my own apartment, a social life, money in the bank, and time to spend my money or have some fun. I’ve lost most of those things in the years since and as time marches on they seem less and less attainable. It seems like they’ve been replaced by pain in my back, my ankles, and my mental state. It feels like a curse, but I know I’m not alone. Most of my coworkers at every job are in the same situation. Something needs to change in this country (the U.S.).

I've had the toughest year mentally and emotionally. My mom died of stomach cancer on May 20 and had been sick and in and out of the hospital since Nov, and all the worrying and uncertainty was so draining, and now the heartbreak. Watching your video makes me feel somewhat understood, so thank you so so much 🙏🩷

I feel like I’ve been burnt out for nearly 10 years and it’s only gotten worse in the last 5. In the restaurant industry, it’s virtually inescapable. But in addition to a restaurant job, I’ve had to pick up two other jobs just to pay the bills as everything becomes more and more expensive. Taking rest is impossible because rest/vacation = loss of money. Even if I do get a vacation I can’t relax because I’m constantly worried about bills. Life in the modern service industry is a prison. It sucks, man. I don’t know what to do anymore.

The past week has been so infuriating for me because my lack of motivation. I was really into rollerblading during march but then april came around and I ended up pulling my right chest/arm at work and I had really bad health anxiety and then just completely lost interest in rollerblading. What sucked so much was that I was sooo fucking good at it but now when I try and don't do as well as I did the prior month, my motivation just sinks to a fucking 0!!!! I've also been having a lot of anxiety over me feeling unmotivated because all I can think of is "What if I'm like this forever?" etc. Sometimes the anxiety gets so bad I have to fall into a breakdown for myself to then become level headed again. I am also pretty sure that is NOT healthy! I am going to continue to try and push through even if I have 0 motivation for my own life and work and just keep track of how I feel. If I continue to fall down this path despite my best efforts to try and pick myself up I will seek help when it comes to mental health disorders. Thank you for this informed video. Incredibly helpful, sadly relatable and very professional as well.

I haven’t needed to do a budget for my husband and I literally for the past 16 years. I don’t know how to do it. He doesn’t know how to do it. He doesn’t know how to help me so every month we get paid I live in this constant state of stress because I don’t know how to make myself sit down with my ADHD and look at this bank statement and figure out how Much money we can have to spend on this or that and where all of our money is going just the thought of it is debilitating honestly and he doesn’t care. I’ll just feel like I can’t do this. I don’t have any help. It is causing me so much problems.
I don’t know what to do

      Breath!
      Think of themes and categories.
      For example:
      Allocate into two categories
      -Essential ( rent, gas, bills)
-Non essentials ( coffee, gifts, dining out)
Buy a gift card loaded with some 200-500 and only use it for your particular category (day to day essentials) for that month.
