My fiance has spoken with me on more than one occasion about finding advice & actually getting some help to cope with the ways I feel in daily life... I never wanted to make time for that as I find I'm either go go go or procrastination Station. But, stumbling across the term 'rush sickness' and its correlation with anxiety has led me to your page. After hearing you speak on high functioning anxiety I feel reassured, I would regard this as my first meaningful steps in addressing and learning to cope with life with anxiety, i'm thankful for help!

Anxiety that is considered low functioning is when your anxiety symptoms are getting in the way of your day-to-day life. So maybe anxiety prevents you from leaving your home, from taking care of yourself, from performing at work or school, etc.
@@CalmlyCopinghello madam. I overthink about my future. I took bsc chemistry as my course. In india, we are jobless and btech graduates are increasing day by day. I feel in my life that i will be eliminated soon as if i donot set up my skilll. This is only my teason for anxiety. I have a behaviour to compare others with my life. I suffer this anxiety for so many days. I dont have much goal in my life. I like govt job in india. But, for finding that, we have to crack competative exams. Vacancies that are provided by our government is much less.
