I’ve got to dig mine out in the next day or two and disc my garden under. Then I’ve got to shine it up to haul my brother to the cemetery. That was his stipulation: it’s mine, but I had to haul him with it for his last ride😞
Sorry about you brother know that he is with god now and he will always be with you if that is what he loved make it happen god bless you
@@aideningram434 thank you 🙏
Super C is the little tractor that can! Wish we had that disk for our 230!
No doubt
@@FarmallFanatic it is the most nimble tractor ever built. Live PTO and dual range transmission would make it perfect!
Thanks for posting this. It brought back good memories. My Granddad had a Super C on 100 acres with a huge garden that fed them/family/friends/neighborhood. He was very particular about his equipment and work methods, and there was only one correct way to do anything-probably because there wasn’t any extra money or time in his busy day to do otherwise. He taught a young me to operate the Super C to his satisfaction, and some best practices for life along the way.
Awesome 👌
I grew up in this era of tractors,if I lived close to u I would be there to run your disc for the memories it would give me
Yeah that I could film
Living vicariously threw you man. Love the videos. Would love to do what your doing. Keep it coming.
I'm definitely lucky
The suffixes are flowing. 😂 Glad you are having with your new toys. 👍🍻
Had 'em rollin'
Love it! That super C is doing a.... SUPER JOB! One of my bucketlist tractors, they are just so handy! The snow has finally melted off here in central MN, except we hit a cold spell and the ground is still frozen. Probably another 2wks before we get steel in the dirt doing WORK!
It's definitely what I thought it was going to be
BOOM! New disk works great!
Thanks! Love seeing and hearing the Super C working.
Good looking dirt. Here’s to a great #plant2022 🍺
Fun video Gino looks like working well. You have a great night
Thanks..you too
Looks great !
Great video 👍 love to see that super C out there getting it done 💥💥
💥 BOOM 💥 there it is! NEXT!!
That super c sounds real good working the soil.
Great job on rebuilding the disc great video great job boom
People underestimate these smaller tractors. We ran one on our farm for years. Pulled a drag behind disc no issue, hay wagons, grain wagons, etc. Was my grandfather's go to tractor for years.
They really set them up nice
Yes, it did look like the front wheel wanted to come off the ground but as long as it didn't, it'll work. Glad you had fun with it! Always nice to break out a new setup! 🙂
Five finger death punch reference in the last video and Warren G in this one. Im hooked!!
Ahahahahahahaha 🤣
Hey fanatic guy from Butler here. I get my grease from a neighbor of yours up there he's from cochranton man's name is Martin wengard, he is a dealer for cen Peco they produce a red grease I can't tell you the brand name other than it is to send PECO product but it really works good I use it exclusively around here
I'll have to look into it
Great sounding super c sounds just like mine when I was pulling the 2 bottom plow on dad's 20 acres
Thanks for the video love watching the red power in action.💥💥💪💪
That looks like it's cutting up nicely! If you had a flat drag (as we call them in the South) hooked behind your disc on your last pass, I'll bet it would be smooth enough to drill or lay-off to plant! That is some good looking dirt! All red-clay here in Sophia,N.C. Good work and great footage!
The ole C was sounding good they were always one of my favorites
Handy little suckers
That's a nice outfit. We've never had a Super C. They are a nice little tractor.
Pipe wrench work …. Nice. Great tips
I love it. I like the narrow front too.
Great video loved the tractor
Almost looks like it crumbles a little better in 3rd. Nice rig!
Yes speed matters but the camera didn't really show how rough the 1st pass was
Great little rig for sure. 3 times over and you'll have a great seed bed. You're in it for fun and that does it. Have a great time.
Yeah I was surprised the 2nd pass look really good and a 3rd pass Would finish it off
Bill, I think I'd run a second pass at about a 30゚ angle.
Great Farmall power!
C for captain of the disco dunkers!
Nice and easy steering on the "C" ski with that hardware on the back :)
Spinner-Knob 💥
Most definitely I turned on a dime
Great job Red Power!💥
Disc look like it was working well really nice looking field. Hopefully the weather can hold up to start getting some planting in.
We got rain the rest of the week here
@@FarmallFanatic we are only looking a rain today and sun the rest of the week but we know how that goes around here.
Excellent video Farmall Fanitic :) I remember my dad got some parts for International machinery from John Deere also why because hard find to from Internationa couldn't get not anymore ! Remember in 1992 was hard Winters Season also International dealer was 35 km one trip from farm so my dad forgot get Oil filters for 624 also 724 International tractor and he use Fram Oil filter till spring because International dealer back order because bad snow strom dealer couldn't get filters on supply in for Desiel motors ! Even McCormick International B414 Loader tractor Desiel motor he got John Deere filter or fuel and oil filter too work to! Farmall Fanitic if want know grease to use and have excellent lucky with is Molly plus High Temperatures also Equipment type Heavy Duty to that grease amazing grey green color also filter dirt out plus dust too pump much want it too! I never drive Farmall C only basic A & H & 300 and rode on MD daul fuel type !
Looks great
Yeah but still right lol
I'm in Daddio...let's roll with little RED! My old harrow has grease fittings on top and I just about always have to clean the dirt of them.
Yeah otherwise you blow the grease right into it with the dirt
Good to see you got it working good . I will planting corn tomorrow I hope
Florida?
@@FarmallFanatic Arkansas
Super C lookin like it had plenty power to spare 💥 if we have to make more than one pass we usually do it a different angle from the first 🤔we also always ran a set of harrows attached to the disc 💪 Red Power 💥💪
Almost always have to do more than one pass here usually if I have to do a 3rd pass that's my angle cut
Really that’s great can if red does wonders
Good thing you got wd 40 good job on video keep up great work red power 💥 💥
Oh no if it weren’t for John Deere that disc set would be out of commission, your welcome 🚜, haha love the videos keep up the good work God bless.
That name lol
There is a Tractor club here. and they do tractor tours and take long drives on the roads etc. Not Me If I gotta take my tractor someplace I load it on the Trailer and haul it. I like to use mine and see them used like your using that Super C. I like to see them do actual work like they where made for. The C is doing a good job.
I do too
Uncle has a SUPER C and it’s been in the family a long time. I would love to get that tractor too. 1 tractor is good, but two is better:)
Couldn't agree more
Working good! I'm convinced I live in swampland. Still gonna be a while before I can even walk across a field. 😆
What county are you in?
@@FarmallFanatic Westmoreland
Tractor probably runs like dream now after work!! Work sometimes cures a tractors issues
Most definitely
Even the HUSKEE is red in the shed, BOOM!
I don't even use it lol
Purrin' like a kitten!
That did not lose its mitten
Remember back in 60s.neighbor had super c.thats what he farmed with.yup farm all.
Always been fascinated by Fasthitch. So would love to have a tractor, plow, disk and planter setup.
Yeah it is pretty awesome
We have a fast hitch 2 bottom disk breaker for a Super C. Only one ive ever seen.
Good video man
That's doing a great job...
Definitely
Looks like in some spots, you had that disc buried to the axles. Did a great job😁👍
It's unlimited down pressure lol
The C Flys with that disk i would not run the speed you do on a 2nd pass i would slow down some and throw a drag behind it and make a nice finish pass for sure . But all in all man sounds like i need to find a C or 200 for my oldest child since shes after me for a tractor and already talked me into a 1466 lol.
It's set up to run a drag behind it but I want to make Culti-mulching videos
Oh yeah I loved watching the Super C work ! Have you thought about getting a set of cultivators for it ? Thanks for sharing !
Yeah or giving a different tractor with cultivators
On our potato farm our C had a 2 row with hillers for the spuds. But we also had a 4 row front mount for the 400, I remember how fun those two sections were to hang on each side of that tractor. But the easiest cultivator to operate. Thanks
Nice tractor
Looking good
Nice setup. For those box bearings, go down to Zelienople and see John Burgh. Burgh's Salvage. There are piles of random disc parts. That's where I got some for my early model 37 disc. 70 acre tractor salvage yard. but don't say "down" when you get that close to Pittsburgh. It's "dahn", not "down". Yinz have a good one n'at
I'll definitely look him up
Love my super C.
Me too
Need a spike tooth drag narrow to help smooth out ground and help with moisture retention.. But nice seeing the ole girl working!!!
It's on the list of things to get for sure
Farmall Power
Use marvel mystery oil added to fuel it helps lubricant everything great video
Watch out for that right fast hitch clip, looks like it wants to jump out. Bungee and rope has served us well keeping those down. When one leg comes out and the other doesn't its implement arm DESTRUCTION !!
It's weird I was actually watching the left one
👍👍
I’ve got my grandpas/ great grandpas super c and also a 200 I bought that I’m working on fixing up.
Awesome 👌
@@FarmallFanatic I don’t post on UA-cam but I have a few videos on tiktok. Not sure if you use TikTok. Lol
Yea I have one...kinda toilet paper in comparison lol
You could probably convert that harrow to sealed bearings. I have seen them converted before. I think it takes some different spools/spacers but could be done.
I was looking at that today and I believe you are correct
Looking Good, sounding good! How did the new hydraulic temp gauge work? I ordered a new one for my 200 and I tested in on the stove top first and in never registered- even with boiling water. I had to sent it back.
My needs sent back it does not register either
Run it awhile to work the crud out, then have to retighten, like that disc rig with the super C though
Yeah that's what I figured
You have flat ground so the disc doesn't end up lifting out of the ground like a 3 point will do. We had a 8 foot John Deere pull that would follow the ground contours better with a cultipacker on the back. We were more clay. I prefer to keep the headlands narrow on the ends of the fields. By the time you drove over it with the disc it was almost as nice a seedbed as the plowed ground. Still my Dad's C had the cultivators on it and he never took the fronts off. The rear cultivators would sit in the weeds and we used the C to rake hay and pull wagons.
Sit in the weeds 😁
@@FarmallFanatic Saw your shorty post on the cub duels. Killing time waiting on some of the old posts and I repeated this same comment. I wish we had a fast hitch on the C. Uncle had the international 300 with 2 point plow, disc, sickle and rear blade. It had the mounted cultivators and power adjust rear wheels. For cultivating the 300 stunk and the front and back did rust in the weeds.
working good
We used to pull two disks together. You would be amazed how well it works.
There's a hitch on the back of these to hook up a drag
@@FarmallFanatic Put another disc on there and you won't go back to a single. It saves a lot of time and fuel!
Good day Good video. When did u get the bearing fixed? Thanks
2 days ago
Again I really enjoy your videos. I have a question and I am confident you will know the answer.
What was the last year the Super C was made?
54
I would love to have a 656 hydro if I had about ten acres in sweet corn.
He’ll yeah I got the first like
💥BOOM💥
I have a 1951 Farmall H that used to sit in the weeds. I worked on it all winter to get it running and mechanically sound again. Now I'm looking to find it a home where it will get used again. Are you interested in it? I live in south east North Dakota.
Too far out for me, but sounds like a great machine now
What is the biggest handling difference between the Narrow front end Super C and the Wide front ends? Do you feel more "bounce" or play in the steering? Thanks for the videos.
The only difference I notice so far is that you need to watch where your steers go on a narrow
Super "C" is like a 45 pound dog that bites like a Kodiak bear!!!
Exactly
Don't know who or what kind of implemented parts store you may have in your area, down here in south GA, Agra supply carry most any part for harrow and bottom plows, any way fast hitch is buy far the easiest way to get hooked up.
I actually called them and they gave me a pretty good lead
Again it is RED POWER getting the job done.
Get enough speed where the dirt turbulence blends nice, if that makes sense.
Yeah it does 3rd gear gave me that speed
Can I get some love for the Red and Grey. I am a Massey Ferguson man but I give John Deere grief as well.
I have a Massy Ferguson 550 combine
@@FarmallFanatic good deal! Love the channel you've earned a new subscriber.
Face right face … Devil Dog through and through
Dress right hess! Ahahahahahahaha 🤣
Maybe it's because the speaker on my phone but the C sounds like it might be surging a little bit here and there. Seems to be doing a good job though.
That first pass was worse than what the camera showed. It was like an ocean with 30 foot waves lol. Second pass, on smooth ground, no surge.
Wondering if you should take top bolt out of lift on fast hitch cylinder to allow it to float.
I thought there was something... I'll read the book
Right hand rear gang , 2nd disc in is either bent or broken . Got quite the wobble .
Guess I'll have to go back and look
Agri Supply has all those disk parts plus a lot of Farmall parts
No they don't these are rare bearings
the SC with a M&W engine kit will out work an H on less gas.. just for fun why dont you hook the SC up to the disk you use on the H in 2nd gear and see what it does
Ok
Needs a 7.5' crumbler behind it! Eliminate a pass lol
Basically lol
I’m in
Say what you want, about the JD spacer, in the end FF gave it the finger on installation 💥💥💥
Hahaha 😆
It is what it is
And what it is is perfect
@@FarmallFanatic well we got that right. Don’t we lol. That’s cool
😁
Pert near every disc on the front row is a different size from being worn lol
Hahaha just like my vertebrae
Well a can of red paint does wonders
Yeah that’s what I heard go for it
Looks great dude
Yeah
Where do you find your part on internet?
I went through a bunch of different dealers
I can’t find how to email you but you’re the farm all man I like far got some myself but the serial number tag the tag tells you what it is I’m looking at it supposed to be super C but I cannot locate the metal tag on the side of the engine is there another spot to look
Super C tag is on the seat box right side
@@FarmallFanatic Thank you so tomorrow now I know where to look to see if it’s a C or super C thanks a lot if I buy it I’ll let you know
... Fill those bearings to the.....
Oh I did it drank some brim
Case DC 3 is the same size as a Farmall Super C I think.
Sounds about right
Five finger fan too?
