    Okay so I'm currently 102 kg more or less. Then one of your videos showed up as recommendation(Good one UA-cam) You've inspired me to do what I've really wanted to do since college. I've learned to keep track my food now and started excercising. It was tough, but this is for a healthy lifestyle and to set as a good example for my family and friends.     I love your channel bro! I started working out about a month ago and didn't know much about dieting. But your vids helped me alot with caloric deficit and everything else! please continue to make videos like this!     Grabe sir buti kapa ang taas ng kailangan mong kunin na calories sa buong araw e ako less than 1700 calories lang dahil pabawas ako ng weight so need ko ipagkasya yung calories na need ko lang.

    Thanks for this! I have been watching your videos lately and it keeps me motivated! I do have a question sir and i hope you can answer it.
    1. When you prepare your chicken, what is the weight of it that i will put on myfitness pal? the raw chicken as i slice and prepare it or when it is already cooked? Like for example on your video, you said there that it is 400g. Was it on raw or after cooking?
    2. If for example there is a celebration at home and there is homemade spaghetti or noodles or pansit. How will i input that in myfitness pal?

    coach 2021 na pero dito ako sa 2019 video mo hihi. new subs here. ask ko lang sana im preparing for my PNP applications and naghahabol ako ng BMI ko. nag track ako sa myfitnesspaypal and my daily goal is 2k cal pero everyday nasa 1k lang ako, safe ba yun coach? or need ko talaga abotin yung cal na daily goal ko? maraming salamat, Godbless.

    Bro what about sa cholesterol? Like sa boiled egg? Lumalampas sa goal minsan -600mg like that. Okay lang ba yon pero galing sya sa boiled egg? Or sa fat? Saturated and unsaturated Minsan sobra it is okay? Kahit na yung calories intake is hindi pa enough? Btw 1500 calories ang goal. Thank sa info bro it helps a lot.

      Regardless of the way it's cooked dapat minamanage mo both cholesterol and fat/calories. Health pa rin more important than aesthetics
