Harley CVO Feuling Camchest Thundermax Tuner FullSac Headers Upgrade - What A Difference!

- I voided the warranty and did a complete Camchest upgrade on this 2022 with a Feuling Race Series Camplate, Oil Pump & Lifters and a Feuling Reaper 472 Cam. I also upgraded to a Thundermax Tuner, FullSac Headers, Trask Performance CheckM8, Thundermax Oil Fan, Feuling Air Cleaner, S&S Intake Manifold and all new Feil Moto pegs and brake pedal.

Good to see you back Ron. Been thinking of doing the Cam swap myself as well. I watched a million videos on how to do it. I have all the tools except the cam bearing puller/installer and the gear lock to remove the bolts from the flywheel and cam. Your bike sounds mean.

@@RealRonTV I am going to use the stock cam plate and oil pump. My bike is a 2021, so it has the updated oil pump from HD. Just trying to develop the nuts to pull the trigger, order the parts from FuelMoto and dig in.
Hey Ron good to see you back on. Always love your videos. Great job on the mods, the bike sounds bad ass. That will be my project for the downtime this coming winter. We'll be heading down to Daytona leaving either Thursday night or early Friday morning. We'll be down till the 12th. I'll have to find out where you'll be like to come by for a meet and greet hopefully get to check that beast out. Anyway, you have a great evening and again great job, love it!

@RealRonTV Good morning, Ron. Quick question, Is your exhaust a 2 into 1 with ghost pipe or true dual headpipe? It really does sound bad ass. And can I suggest your crash bars on front, didn't know if you knew kst now makes one they basically match the handlebars I got it for RG it really looks good the only problem was its inch-and-a-half tube so the highway Peg mounts don't fit, you have to go with the frame mounted which was okay, but it really sets the bike off I was thinking that would look cool on your bike it would match your saddlebag guards and your handlebars they just are fresh on the market. I can't send a picture on this comment page to show you what they look like on the bike, but on their website, they have pictures, I imagine. anyway, I hope to see you down in Daytona, and you have a great day. @@davidchamberlin9273 it’s a Fullsac dual. I’m good with the front crash bars the way they are. I like the lower profile in the front but I do appreciate the heads up!

How is that ThunderMax holding up? Any issues with it? Do you think you should have went with the PV model instead?
Good question! I like the PV display but the thundermax has it running great. I think the major difference will be on long road trips when I hit certain elevations but otherwise it’s a toss up.
