Done the same size with my ‘17 SGS. Previously had a set of megaphone type exhaust that I’d modified with DK Customs Thunder torque inserts & sounded great. But, I just didn’t like how the megaphones had that tapered look from aft towards head pipes. I rather like the stock exhaust with the same width throughout. So, I opted for the FullSac recore 2-1/4. Sounds meaner. Now, I’ve seen a vid with a gent that done the same, but also decatted the catalytic, which sounds even throatier, but don’t know if he also had a tuner or not.
Yeah, the decatted pipe is gonna flow like crazy compared to stock- that a lot of extra air to try and muffle. Maybe someday I’ll change the head pipe and see how it sounds.
@@CrawdaddyCustoms why didn’t you get a crossover pipe from Steve? Anyway, what would you charge me to install my cores on my stock CVO cans? I am local, I live in Fowler California.
I’ve been riding it for the past 4 months, and I can say it pulls harder than it did. Massively? No, but there’s a difference. Plus, it’s ready for other upgrades(cam, header, etc) that it’ll benefit.
Factory exhaust except the mufflers. It pulls nicely in higher RPM or MPH. Getting on the freeway, I usually let a gap develop between me and the car in front- when I wind it up, I’m moving!
You can’t buy American made slip-ons… I’m sure you can find Chinese rip-off copies on eBay, but you’re not buying quality ones for the price of the baffles.
Thanks for the informative video. Bike sounds real good.
Thanks, Anthony!

Wow! What a difference. Noticeable power gains?

Can I do this with the factory exhaust on a 2021 CVO
Yes, it should be exactly the same as what I did. Contact Fullsac for more info.
What did you use to knock out the stock baffle. When you used it, it was not visible as you were behind the the saddle bag
I used a Dremel w/ a grinder bit. Go slow- be careful not to grind through the muffler case.
Hello, did you do a tune after installing the Fullsac baffles and techmat?
No, the dealers told me it wasn’t needed w/ mufflers. If you do an air cleaner, yes it is.
Perfect and thank you! I have ordered my baffles and techmat! Thank you again!
Did you delete the cat? Any difference?

how did you those shipped to california?
I guess because I bought parts. I’m pretty sure they will not send full headers, etc.
@@CrawdaddyCustoms oh ok they have some CARB bs on there about not being able to ship to California
Here’s that gent’s vid:

For the price you pay for these baffles you can buy a set slip ons
