    Good Morning everyone,
    Hope you are all enjoying the beautiful Autumn. Today I would like to share with you a Shaolin Morning Wellness work using Qi Gong, and Shaolin Kung Fu stretches that warms up our body, mind and heart and enabling us to receive all the beautiful things the day gives us. Hope you enjoy this workout.

    Thank you so much for posting those videos. Everytime i follow them, the atmosphere becomes peacefull in my house and i feel much more relaxed & confident. Do we need proof of this ? Everytime i do : my cat comes around and lies down nearby :)

    Do you recommend doing this as a warm-up first thing you do in the morning ? Or should we follow 20 mins warmup and stretching before doing this ?

    Can you tell me if it's better to train before the breakfast or after ?
    I can only train myself in the morning before going to work.
    How long must be during the training every morning for an optimum health ?

    Why do you have to draw back your fist when you attack won’t that leave you open for a right hook ?

      It's an exercise for building connection, torque and power, it's not a sparring technique. You will see the same in Karate training but nobody uses it in competition.
