@Max just try one or two a day for now brother. I've been doing a few sets everyday over the course of a few months and there are tremendous differences than before.

With more of an emphasis on speed and intensity, maybe a set goal within a time limit, these kinds of movements can be used to develop strength. Intensity is the key.

Regardless of your shape. You have to be fit to perform this. 1-0 to the teacher 😂 .
When doing punches its better to switch stances so you can be sure you are comfortable punching with your undominant hand
