Holy Smoke brother! Talk about commitment! Super impressive...I can only imagine the amount of man-hours of labor you have into that project. Over the top with the interior install/update from the donor truck. 👍👍👍
Dang, wish this came out 3 years ago- I would've totally turbo charged the 2.7 I had in a 1997 Toyota 4Runner 4x4. Good work man, looks n' sounds great! Definitely gave it MOPOWAH BABY.
There was many highlights for me in this video. But my favourite is that for the majority of the time your welding bench is an engine on a stand😂 I love what you’ve done, and how you’ve done it, seems oh too familiar. Great video, and job on the ute! Look forward to playing catch up and watching all your other videos mate🤙🏼
@@evanspeigel1518 I cut the old mount off the Tacoma and the one off the pickup then used riv-nuts to mount the one from the Tacoma, I think I did a little more detail on it in the series I posted on the swap
I would love to see the body panels fixed! I understand if you like the patina though. I watched the previous videos for this build but was wondering how long this took you to complete?
One day I’d like to find a bed that’s clean, but they are so hard to find for these old trucks, and I honestly enjoy the “sleeper” vibe with the rust holes and stock wheels It took about a month to do the main swap, and I added the intercooler a few weeks later and still do small things on occasion

doing all of that cutting, grinding, and welding over an open engine case like that is fckin hilarious. it's almost as funny as removing that indestructible 22r 4 banger engine from that toyota. you should rename this, how to brick an indestructible truck.
@@cornelionsqween8028 it’s a mock up engine, and used for building mounts and oil pans, and the 22r has so many issues and is unable to make any power, even turbocharged it makes less power then a stock 2rz engine from a Tacoma
Wow replacing a 4 cylinder with a 4 cylinder. LOL. I've had 3 Hiluxes, the 2nd 2 had V8s. Like chalk and cheese, give me V8 any day. The 2nd v8 had a 4L Lexus V8 that went like a scalded cat and got 25mpg at 60mph on the highway with a 3.9 geared 9 inch diff and an auto.
What would you do next to this sweet truck? Let me know down below!
Hit the desert
definitely some new suspension and sound system! lol
eBay head build and choppy cam
Paint it
@@redlineranch. I would but the 22re back in there
Losts of igenuity and hard work on show here. Keep it up and your channel will fly.
That's the plan! I’ve got a few builds coming up that I’m very excited about!

Thanks! It was a ton of work but came out awesome!
Oil pan work was impressive ngl great work

Awesome job
As ngithi i van ka Skhinkili le!
Brotha, how are you not known more? This is sick!
It would be nice if you could turn this truck into the popular mini trucking show back in the Nineties. I had my Nissan Hard Body.
Whats up been enjoying ur content keep it coming

Great work, awesome project. The time lapse is very impressive too. Would a V8 from an ls400 fit in a Toyota pickup like this?
anything will fit with enough cutting and fabrication!
It's a common engine swap where I'm from the go hard
No Brasil isso se chama GAMBIARA. Amei❤❤❤❤❤
Was that the dude in blue at the beginning?!
Good eye! Met up with him to take the truck for a drive not too long ago 🤘🏼
