ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS WORKOUT!! Even at 30 weeks (tomorrow) pregnant, I have seen so much improvement in my upper body strength and it just keeps getting better with workouts like this! Way to crush it everyone! Saved this one in my faves tab.
We made it thru this!!! Great pump!!! My favorite exercise was actually the inch worm push ups, mostly because of the hints in the IG story last night!!! I don’t think I’ve ever done focusing on the flex!!! Thank you, though I struggled I am getting stronger!!!

This format is my favorite - makes the workout go so fast while still being able to focus on and max out muscle groups. More big sets in 30 minute workouts PLEASE!!

Boy oh boy!!! 30 minutes was extremely challenging. My favorite was definitely the one with the inchworm. I actually did my pushups on my toes. I have become so much stronger and continue to become even stronger. Loving all the variety of workouts. Thanks Sydney. 💕
Good afternoon, Squad! A spicy Feel Good Friday workout. The inchworm pushups and triceps overhead extension were humbling. My upper body feels stronger after the workout.

I liked getting the inchworm push-ups out of the way in the first half of the workout. I find that if I speed up the push-up, it’s slightly less intimidating, and was able to add one extra each time, concentrating on good form.

The arms are pumped and on fire - love the focus, we are breaking our limits under tension and reseting new ones with Sydney's encouragement and doing it right with us. Empowering, we are strong and getting stronger.

This was my first workout back after covid knocked me down for three solid weeks. I had to go a little slower than usual because my breathing still isn't totally back to normal, and I had to go down one set of weights, but I did it!
