I feel like my dog when he stares at me waiting his treat .... I just wait and keep staring until Sydney says "You've made it to your cool down"... and then I'm like "ok crushed it". AWESOME And fun workout ❤❤❤
I liked getting the inchworm push-ups out of the way in the first half of the workout. I find that if I speed up the push-up, it’s slightly less intimidating, and was able to add one extra each time, concentrating on good form.
Could you make a playlist on UA-cam with all your pregnancy videos?! I’m pregnant and it would be much easier to go to a playlist than scroll back to find them. Especially for alternative movements to compensate.
Boy oh boy!!! 30 minutes was extremely challenging. My favorite was definitely the one with the inchworm. I actually did my pushups on my toes. I have become so much stronger and continue to become even stronger. Loving all the variety of workouts. Thanks Sydney. 💕

I know she didn't have it today, but I LOVE the BURNER ROUND effect so much! LOL! Just when you think you're finished, you hear the flame noise and I love it lol
You remind me of a Fembot today from Austin powers and I love it! Also kinda like the hot alien chicks from Dude, where’s My Car!! And this workout was amazing thank you for everything you do!! 🎉
I crushed this video on Saturday, 11-4-2023! I find all sorts of other activities outside of these workout videos that help me become a stronger person.
