This 30 min format is really approachable for me! I've done many long form workouts from Sydney, Caroline Girvan, and Tony Horton and they're great, but I've come to realize that, for this to become a life-long lifestyle for me, it needs to slot into my day easily. A 1-hour workout is never just 1 hour with pre workout prep and post workout recovery. With trying to get 10k steps in daily, getting work done, progressing non-fitness goals, and just showing up for my loved ones, a 1.5 - 2 hour time slot starts to feel very big (respect to folks who can dedicate that much time to daily workouts regularly). I always feel like I have 30 min and that lets me just do it. My favorite exercise in this workout was the heel lifted squats. I have an old ankle sprain injury and I'm working on recovering mobility in my right ankle so I can squat deeper. This exercise let's me squat deeper despite my poor ankle mobility, which allows me to focus strengthening my upper glutes. This is important to me not only aesthetically (I want a perky 🍑), but functionally as it supports my back (another injury I've recovered from is a bulging disc--never want that again). Posterior chain strength overall is increasingly important to me. This whole workout was great!

Hot dang this was a push! 🔥 Those single leg movements bring such a burn and fatigue me so much faster. Really appreciated the modification suggestion for the split squats of bringing the other leg up and just kinda floating it, because my knees always hurt with traditional split squats. Way to get after it everyone, proud of us for showing up 👊🏻

Wow! I was sick for about 2 weeks and just now getting back to working out. Wooh that one was tough and I had to go down in weights, but I still finished strong!
I really didn’t feel like working out today, had laundry to do, things to get done. When I saw it was 30 min, I was like, that’s not an excuse. Put the clothes in the washer and hit play. Lord have mercy on my legs 😂😂. Loved it, and I’m proud I showed up ❤ working out when I really don’t feel like, usually sets the done for the rest of my day. Sending love from Cali ❤❤❤

I found you years ago. I messed around and came back to an amazing coach. One thing I have noticed with your workouts is my knee no longer falls in. i push myself harder than I ever have. I look forward to getting up and working out with you and being done by 6:30 usually and head out for a walk on the beach.
Just got cleared from my doctor to get back to it postpartum and I am so pumped to be back working out with you, Sydney! Your pregnancy workouts helped me have a healthy pregnancy and I am so excited to build my strength back up this month.
Sydney and Dustin's workout videos keep on getting better and better! I crushed this one this afternoon, Wednesday, November 1, 2023. I love walks and all, but this strength-centered workout shot my heartrate up higher than the walks.

Yes, thank you!! I don’t mind a 30 min workout but the longer work periods are so much better!! If it’s less than 40 sec per move I rarely feel it due to my grip strength-it’s hard to lift heavier with shorter work periods. This was perfect!

Knew it would be tough when Sydney is starting with 10 lb weights! Some of the squat moves I had hard time connecting with but her encouragement and tips kept me going. Split squats were toughest for me- working on getting stronger- I did not quit thanks to the motivational talk! Finished on fire!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE that there are 2 workouts from the past. These past months I've been able to workout at 4:45-4:50 without the stress of rushing!
