For a 57 yo post menopause woman those oblique twist really helped to loosen my hips and core where they have become stiff. Thank you, Sydney! You always inspire me to challenge myself! I appreciate you.

I did this workout yesterday and added Sydney's 15-minute jump rope video. While doing the standing ab work, I felt the connection of abs being engaged, but was like okay. Well, today I am totally feeling it. Working ab muscles that haven't been worked in a while. Thank you, Sydney, for always challenging us and providing phenomenal workouts that make a difference!

Loved this workout. One side felt a lot more flexible than the other, which I know is normal. Sick currently with a nasty cold, but I still showed up for myself. ❤
I just finished this workout. Sydney, I love that you do a warm up and cool down. I don't always see that in other workouts by other influencers. As I work out with you, I notice my limitations which is a good thing. I see that I have balance issues so I can't bend as far sideways. That's ok. I use a chair to hold on or don't bend as far. I'm just proud of myself for doing it. When I'm tired you say, don't cheat yourself. Go up in weight if you can. You keep me accountable. As a prior labor and delivery nurse, I am always happy to listen to post-partum suggestions that you make to your followers. Always safe and right on point. Of course everyone will have their own experience. Thanks for the nice workout.
Sydney girl you just keep creating new and challenging ways to keep pushing us! I loved the focus on lighter weighted exercises(even though i bumped up to 6kg/13 pounds for lateral raises) 😊 and i really enjoy standing abs as it incorporates balance too, my shoulders and abs are on 🔥 💪

Oh Sydney, I can so relate to the postworkout talk. I continued working out with you before my 3rd pregnancy, during the pregnancy and after I gave birth. I noticed how standing abs worked a lot more for me especially during and after the pregnancy. They take the stress off from the lower back and they truly make you aware of a lot of muscles you normally cannot engage properly while being on the floor. Thank you!

I did this workout yesterday and to be honest I didn't really enjoy it BUT today my core feels AMAZING, in a way I have never felt it before. So thank you Sydney for constantly stretching us to try new ways of training, it was definitely one of those trust the trainer moments. Humbled and grateful today.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t love this workout but I still crushed it. Still grateful for this new video and for Sydney and Dustin for always putting in the work for us. For myself, I needed a little more umph in my Friday workout. Missing some cardio action for me so I’m going to do an add on with one of Sydney’s other workouts. Out of the hundreds of workouts I’ve done with you, following all your programs, for some reason I just could not connect with the ab portion of this particular workout. Made me realize I need to invest more time into my mobility and flexibility stretches!!! ❤❤❤
Crushed it! Sydney I have a very rare condition it is MEN2 I saw my specialist the other day and seeing that I was 209 the last time I saw him and losing weight to 157 he was very happy🎉and so was I. My goal weight is 155, but I always go up and down about 5 pounds, and I'm OK with that ❤ thx Syd

Excellent workout. I loved the 60 second work periods and the standing ab routines. I wasn't flexible enough for some of the twisting moves, so had to modify with something different.
Okay I was not feeling a workout this morning as I might have got about 2 hours interrupted sleep in total all night long - uggh restless leg syndrome is so awful and on top of that arthritic pain in hands feet and lower back pain - I am not impressed to say the least! I got a later start but I totally finished this workout strong! So glad that I have Sydneys workouts - I am typically a very dedicated workout person so even though I didnt want to get out of bed I knew I had to get this in! happy weekend - here's hoping my sleep is better tonight!
