Really liked the standing core and would love to do more. Feels so practical, like this type of strengthening will help avoid injury in normal life (laundry, groceries, kids, dogs etc)!
I’ll be honest, I didn’t love this workout but I still crushed it. Still grateful for this new video and for Sydney and Dustin for always putting in the work for us. For myself, I needed a little more umph in my Friday workout. Missing some cardio action for me so I’m going to do an add on with one of Sydney’s other workouts. Not my favorite format. Probably because my balance sucks. I struggled through all the abs. I did not connect well. I fought through it, worked my hardest and crushed it the best I could.

Truly grateful for the workouts your provide and the time you put into us! Out of the hundreds of workouts I’ve done with you, following all your programs, for some reason I just could not connect with the ab portion of this particular workout. Made me realize I need to invest more time into my mobility and flexibility stretches!!! ❤❤❤

Crushed it! Sydney I have a very rare condition it is MEN2 I saw my specialist the other day and seeing that I was 209 the last time I saw him and losing weight to 157 he was very happy🎉and so was I. My goal weight is 155, but I always go up and down about 5 pounds, and I'm OK with that ❤ thx Syd
I have always love standing core excercises because of bulding this mind muscle connection and also love to work on that area of my body because it needs more muscle strength ....so yeah great workout!

Zero connection on those ab exercises. If you have balance issues then you absolutely just waste 15 minutes of a 30 minute workout trying to figure out how to modify here. Two for two bummer workouts. Makes me feel like I should wait to buy next months calendar to see if this is what the whole month will be like. Feeling kind of sad and defeated 😢

How amazing would it be if Sydney did a glute hypertrophy focused month. 3 days a week focused on building our best butts! I’d be there for that!!! 🎉 this workout was done before I knew it!
Okay I was not feeling a workout this morning as I might have got about 2 hours interrupted sleep in total all night long - uggh restless leg syndrome is so awful and on top of that arthritic pain in hands feet and lower back pain - I am not impressed to say the least! I got a later start but I totally finished this workout strong! So glad that I have Sydneys workouts - I am typically a very dedicated workout person so even though I didnt want to get out of bed I knew I had to get this in! happy weekend - here's hoping my sleep is better tonight!

I did this workout yesterday and added Sydney's 15-minute jump rope video. While doing the standing ab work, I felt the connection of abs being engaged, but was like okay. Well, today I am totally feeling it. Working ab muscles that haven't been worked in a while. Thank you, Sydney, for always challenging us and providing phenomenal workouts that make a difference!
Sydney girl you just keep creating new and challenging ways to keep pushing us! I loved the focus on lighter weighted exercises(even though i bumped up to 6kg/13 pounds for lateral raises) 😊 and i really enjoy standing abs as it incorporates balance too, my shoulders and abs are on 🔥 💪
Excellent workout. I loved the 60 second work periods and the standing ab routines. I wasn't flexible enough for some of the twisting moves, so had to modify with something different.

I was feeling the same. It felt awkward to me and I felt like I wasn't executing them properly.
I thought the same thing! Until the next day… really felt it!
