      Good morning! 💪 no repeat workouts are my fave!!! I would say i really love chest or bicep moves. Also, i see a new colored royal change sports bra on! Does that mean another launch soon?! 😝😍

      Crushed it Sydney. Although it is a holiday for me, I woke up and crushed this workout and did the 20 minute joint stretch after this. I think my favorite with chest fly combined with skull crushers. I am trying get my triceps strong and form. Loved this no repeats workout and I loved the fact that every exercise variation surprised me as I saw how my body reacted to it. 💕

    Balance 2024!!! Second time doing this workout as well and loved it! My fave exercises were the combos- curl and press, back flies and kickbacks. The time just flies by! Great job everyone! 🎉

    The fact that I showed up to this workout today showed me just how strong I am and that nothing can stop me once I made up my mind today is my best friend 30th he died 5 months ago its hard but I didn't make excuses I showed up am super proud of myself great way to start the work week 4

    Fan Favorite 30 min day 4 CRUSHED!!! My favorite part of the workout was the heavy then light weights. It did definitely keep me engaged! What caught me off guard was the pike pushups. I just kept saying WOMAAAAN every time I was surprised. I don't believe I completed this workout during the original programming so I'm glad to have completed this with you!

    Loved this format!! It gave me a chance to really work on my form, which also gave me a mind-muscle connection. Favorite move was chest flies and skull crusher. I've been noticing my chest muscles lately, and I love it!!

    Loved the workout! Really enjoyed the supermen since we don’t do those often. I really feel those in my lats which is nice since I dont have a lat pulldown machine at home! Also love all shoulders! Would love to go back to the push days and pull days!

    When you said heavy weights for Arnold's and curls, I was nervous, but it's crazy how when I don't overthink things I can just knock them out. I surprised myself with my strength today, and that was my favorite part of the workout.
