I started with you Jenny at the beginning of lockdown to get myself fit for bowel surgery in the next weeks. I have had it and made a very good speedy recovery and was back home after 4 days. 4 weeks on and my consultant said the exercise regime definitely had a big part. I’m back on track and it’s the best thing I could have done ! Thankyou so much X !!

Thank you for an excellent and focused workout! At 70 I've been doing battle with gravity for many a year. This video gives me more ammunition to keep my upper body muscles from falling to the floor completely!😁
Hi Jenny......Just to let you know that upper body weight training workout is just what we needed. Its work....but its worth it! I preceded it with the 20 minute cardio.....and now I feel great (besides being grateful that its done!) But here's what may interest my fellow "gym rats." I have hypertension and am on various meds. I monitor my pressure regularly. For those with hypertension, exercising often lowers the blood pressure due to the stretching of the blood vessels brought on by exercise. Case in point: today. My blood pressure measured: 148/85 pre exercise (too high!) 133/75 after cardio workout 116/72 after weight training So it works, my friends. And a BIG THANK YOU to our hero, Miss Jenny.

I, and I'm sure many other of your fans, truly appreciate the wide variety of videos that you offer. It's very generous of you to offer your expertise as a PT to so many to help us keep fit during these most trying times. Having the variety of videos, explanations and modeling of what to do and the groups you are targeting (Seniors and beginners) is so refreshing. There wasn't much out there until you filled in the gap.

Great low impact stretches & strengthening for shoulders and core! I had a slight rotator cuff tear a couple years ago and went to PT for several weeks. It’s hard to do the at-home exercises on my own (discipline & boring on my own!). This video helped me address some neglected areas-I liked all of the video, but esp the open-the-coat, and row the boat. I haven’t done a cardio yet today but this was a good stretch & strengthen. Thanks so much for making these Jenny! After sitting stiff at a computer all day the neck/shoulder/back work is sooo helpful!

I never did any strength training, interval training or anything except water aerobics and walking -- until I found you on UA-cam and now I don't know how I ever lived without you (for 66 years). This is another workout I keep coming back to and it has really made a difference to my weedy arms and my flabby core! I try to do it three times a week and I have now progressed to 5lb weights from 2 and a half which I am very pleased about. Thanks again Jenny.
Hi from India! I have been doing this set of weight training regularly ( since 2 months) and I can feel lot of strength on my shoulder and arms. It’s been a year now since I fractured my right shoulder ( rotator cuff) in Germany and had surgery there. After lockdown I cdn’t go for my Physiotherapy and then luckily I came through your channel, you came as my saviour. I have really benefited with these exercises. God bless you Jenny. I still have pain which dr’s say it will go away with time. I request you to add few exercises more for rotator cuff . Stay safe and healthy and keep posting your videos

Thanks for your great, go-to work-outs for seniors. I love that each one is individually adaptable. I have one issue: being at home much more during this pandemic, I am sitting much more and for longer stretches. As a result, I am having some mid back issues; not serious for now, but I do sense that if not mindful my back could go out. So, I’d be interested in ways to integrate more back and core strengthening into your aerobics programs. I used to do core work at the gym on machines. Sit-ups are hard because of neck issues. Thanks so much. I have been doing this in row sessions. I am finding my posture feels better. My abs are really showing some results. I have had a lower abs bulge since peri menopause. My weight has remained the same. Around the same. I thought it was impossible to get rid of the lower abdominal bulge. This is a terrific workout. I like your I instructions. Mainly avoiding injuries. Well done!

I started walking 4-6 times a week two months ago and decided to incorporate some strength training earlier this week. Using 2 lb weights to start with.

Thank you for an excellent and focused workout! At 70 I've been doing battle with gravity for many a year. This video gives me more ammunition to keep my upper body muscles from falling to the floor completely!😁
Hi Jenny......Just to let you know that upper body weight training workout is just what we needed. Its work....but its worth it! I preceded it with the 20 minute cardio.....and now I feel great (besides being grateful that its done!) But here's what may interest my fellow "gym rats." I have hypertension and am on various meds. I monitor my pressure regularly. For those with hypertension, exercising often lowers the blood pressure due to the stretching of the blood vessels brought on by exercise. Case in point: today. My blood pressure measured:
148/85 pre exercise (too high!)
133/75 after cardio workout
116/72 after weight training
So it works, my friends.

Having the variety of videos, explanations and modeling of what to do and the groups you are targeting (Seniors and beginners) is so refreshing. There wasn't much out there until you filled in the gap.

Great low impact stretches & strengthening for shoulders and core! I had a slight rotator cuff tear a couple years ago and went to PT for several weeks. It’s hard to do the at-home exercises on my own (discipline & boring on my own!). This video helped me address some neglected areas-I liked all of the video, but esp the open-the-coat, and row the boat. I haven’t done a cardio yet today but this was a good stretch & strengthen. Thanks so much for making these Jenny! After sitting stiff at a computer all day the neck/shoulder/back work is sooo helpful!

This is another workout I keep coming back to and it has really made a difference to my weedy arms and my flabby core! I try to do it three times a week and I have now progressed to 5lb weights from 2 and a half which I am very pleased about. Thanks again Jenny.
Hi from India! I have been doing this set of weight training regularly ( since 2 months) and I can feel lot of strength on my shoulder and arms. It’s been a year now since I fractured my right shoulder ( rotator cuff) in Germany and had surgery there. After lockdown I cdn’t go for my Physiotherapy and then luckily I came through your channel, you came as my saviour. I have really benefited with these exercises. God bless you Jenny. I still have pain which dr’s say it will go away with time. I request you to add few exercises more for rotator cuff . Stay safe and healthy and keep posting your videos

Thanks for your great, go-to work-outs for seniors. I love that each one is individually adaptable. I have one issue: being at home much more during this pandemic, I am sitting much more and for longer stretches. As a result, I am having some mid back issues; not serious for now, but I do sense that if not mindful my back could go out. So, I’d be interested in ways to integrate more back and core strengthening into your aerobics programs. I used to do core work at the gym on machines. Sit-ups are hard because of neck issues. Thanks so much. I have been doing this in row sessions. I am finding my posture feels better. My abs are really showing some results. I have had a lower abs bulge since peri menopause. My weight has remained the same. Around the same. I thought it was impossible to get rid of the lower abdominal bulge. This is a terrific workout. I like your I instructions. Mainly avoiding injuries. Well done!

I started walking 4-6 times a week two months ago and decided to incorporate some strength training earlier this week. Using 2 lb weights to start with.

Jenny, I love this upper body weight bearing exercise. I works all the upper body muscles and you explain how to do them so well. I like to do this with a short aerobics video. Thanks for helping me through the quarantine and for helping me stay fit. I recommend your videos to everybody I talk to!
