I really enjoyed this workout. I’m trying to strengthen a bicep tendon injury, and this is perfect. Love the music, too. I added a march to the beat just for fun. I’ll be doing this one regularly!😊
Even though my little finger is broken and in a splint, I can still do this workout without a weight in my afflicted hand. Still a great workout! Thanks, Jenny!

Another great workout this morning! Two down….five to go! I look forward to each days newest workout. I have to modify some of the arm movements because I had rotator cuff surgery years ago, but I still do what I can!!! Can’t thank you enough!!!!❤
Wish had done this before having issues with my shoulders. Some of these excersizes I had to do with physical therapy when I had issues with shoulders and I couldn't even get dressed.
These make my arms stronger! But some of them- it’s not my arms so much; it hurts my wrists even with ace fingerless glove supports. Is there anythingelse I can do so I can get strong enough to get bigger weights? I do 3’s but my left shoulder has issues so on the lifting ones that one is 2.
