My 2013 Beetle has Kessy but the settings menu does not have the options you mentioned.

Just got this car and it has push start and the sensors I believe. Like the second clip, it doesn't have the right side buttons on the steering wheel. You say they dealership can do it for me but do you think they would charge to do it? I also want to figure out why I can't lock it via the door button while trying to exit, it should be keyless but I'm guessing the original owner either disabled it or never activated it.
