Remember that if your har is still frizzy no matter what you do, you might have an iron deficiency. Iron deficiency causes irregularities in the hair structure as the hair grows. It grows frizzy and it stays frizzy
Hi there, Sophie Marie! Just happened across your video! You did such an amazing job of simplifying, yet being so incredibly detailed with the breakdown of your routine; thank you so much!! Having Rheumatoid Arthritis in my dominant hand, trying to find styling techniques for my curly hair has been extremely challenging. I look forward to implementing some of your tips this next wash and style! 🥰 Oh, and, your explanation of finger curling has been the best, and easiest to follow, of any that I have seen/heard. So, again, thank you so much, and, please, keep blessing us with these little nuggets of wisdom! ❤ - Sarah 🥰
I just wash, condition, go in with a treatment and then add a gel if it is humid. Never EVER brush - EVER. Once those steps are done I dont touch it. the end.
can anyone please help me, tell me how to section a very long hair? bc how matter I sectioned it, it's just too long for me to brush it especially the middle part, its too hard to brush, bc to brush it good u need to brush it upwards and I can't do that bc its very long
Great tips. I cup gently with my hand now instead of the diffuser it works so well.

Hi Sophie I have been following your UA-cam videos for awhile and would like advice on what to request for a hair cut. My hair is shoulder length.
Lovely !
5:47 I still don't get how to do that part 😭
I just wash, condition, go in with a treatment and then add a gel if it is humid. Never EVER brush - EVER. Once those steps are done I dont touch it. the end.
THANK YOU my hair is always frizzy!! (unless I do smth for like 3 hrs)
I actually think that the "frizzy" hair looks really cute too.

I don’t understand why we dry our hair and re wet them again
But what if your hair dries fast😢
I have tried almost every thing
