I haven't made it through the whole thing without stopping a few times but I do not quit until it is finished. Eventually I will make it through the whole thing. Great workout. Did it with a 15 pound medicine ball (because it’s the only one I have) and though I had to modify some moves this workout was really powerful and intense! I’m going to continue doing this workout until, hopefully, I can go it without modifications.

Hi there. I just wanted to say that I am A BIG fan of your UA-cam channel since January 2019. I can't express how your workouts became even more essential for me in these days of the lock down. I've been doing a Freeletics workout.. One of your UA-cam medicine ball workout (there's two versions I alternate) and the HIIT body weight workout. I live your workouts and routines are quite hard. Would love more bodyweight HIIT or combo with medicine ball workout if that's possible. I love it if your video is the full length and we workout "together" it pushes me harder seeing you do the workout with me and a good music track greatly helps too... I tried doing one where you didn't have a sound track... It was ok... Because I do these workouts frequently.. I use the music at some point to push myself thinking that the workout is almost over. Either way... Thanks so much for the videos.. Just wanted to let you know that I greatly appreciate it. 💓💪💓💪

This was hard but very fun and stimulating. I'm a beginner with the whole medicine ball stuff and the only ball I have is this huge 10-pound medicine ball, with awkward handles, lol. I can't go out to buy a new one, so the last workout didn't really work out so well for how huge the ball was. Thank you for the workout, keep it up girl! You're a trooper.

One of my favourite circuit, perfect for me because I don't have so much time available for my training. Is short and at the same time very tough, I'm following this training for a few months now in a combination with some of your other circuit's, and I have noticed that the difficulty of this training remains very hard no matter how many times I have done this training!. I will love to see more similar videos with the medicine ball!! Thanks alot
Wow! First time back in a while. Strong, but little endurance. The 10lb ball was good for me now, I’ll get back soon to where I was. I figure once a week with this routine along with some of your lower body training should get me right soon😅
this is the first vid i found on your channel and I was barely able to make it through. HIIT might be good for me, I have a musculoskeletal imbalance so any exercises that work the core (glutes and transverses abdomidus especially) are things I need to be ding to correct my alignment.
When i finish the first day i didn't wake the spot i was doing it , Nex day it 10 minute. After first week i began to memorize ur steps now 2 weeks and i lose 21 pounds. Thnks a lot☺️
