  • This is a simple, "MUST DO" MEDICINE BALL WORKOUT. 15 minutes, 15 moves and slightly more challenging than usual with a 50/10 interval. So awesome you may want to repeat it for a killer 30 minute sweat session. You're welcome my friends! :) BTW my ball is 8lbs!

    Love this! For a few reasons: you’re working out with us the whole time; I can see AND hear the timer!!!; it’s a whole body workout without a whole lot of time!

    Okay my wife and I tried your workout! We got about half through and stopped for a sec. 😂. This workout is tough. We are going at it tomorrow again at 4:30am 👍🏾

    Great workout. Did it with a 15 pound medicine ball (because it’s the only one I have) and though I had to modify some moves this workout was really powerful and intense! I’m going to continue doing this workout until, hopefully, I can go it without modifications.

So far so good, it's very easy to hold on to with workouts I do with it, although I do wish though I would have ordered a heavier one, the ones at the gym I used to go to must have been overweight because this one felt pretty light compared to those that said they were also 8 pounds. Great product though, I love it and plan on keeping it for a while at least until I need a bigger one

    One of my favourite circuit, perfect for me because I don't have so much time available for my training. Is short and at the same time very tough, I'm following this training for a few months now in a combination with some of your other circuit's, and I have noticed that the difficulty of this training remains very hard no matter how many times I have done this training!. I will love to see more similar videos with the medicine ball!! Thanks alot

    This is a killer routine. 50 seconds seem like forever. I could not finish this one at one go. Had to take a pause. Looking forward to more Med ball routines :)

    This is one of my favorite exercises routines. I’ve tried other medicine ball workouts but I keep coming back to this one. Great for when I dont have much time, this one kicks your but with strength and cardio in 15 min, excellent!

    I did this today and I don't think I won't get much sleep tonight. My arms feel like falling off and it was just a short workout. I loved it but I need to work more next time!! Amazing!

    Loved ir! Didn't have a medic ball so I used my 8lb kettlebell for all but one exercise (the squat overhead).
