I have limited space and budget. If I were to buy one to reduce love handles, which is more effective: a medicine ball or a kettlebell?
I would go with a medicine ball!
I love it! Is there a modifier for the "Get ups"?
Maybe try leg drops? or leg raises? same move, different names!
What weight you will advice for beginners
A 6lbMB and 10lbKB should work well for most people.

I can barely do the get up without the ball and using my hands to push off!
