Dripping sweat in 20 min super efficient and challenging
I have limited space and budget. If I were to buy one to reduce love handles, which is more effective: a medicine ball or a kettlebell?
I would go with a medicine ball!
What weight you will advice for beginners
A 6lbMB and 10lbKB should work well for most people.
I can barely do the get up without the ball and using my hands to push off!
It's challenging - that's for sure - keep practicing! :)

Any idea how many calories burned? I'm a male weghing apprx. 210 pounds.
I'm not one for counting calories - it really depends a lot on your intensity and effort.
