This the second 15 minute work out I have tried and they both have been great. I am 57 and my joints aren't quite what they used to be. These workouts are challenging as heck and soft on the joints. Highly recommended!
I freaking love this workout!!!! I'm an advanced exerciser and I only have a 15lb medicine ball at the house, this has been kicking my butt! Thank you! More medicine ball workouts please!!!
One of my all time FAVORITE workouts!! Been doing her workouts since January 2019 but even more so since the covid-19 of lock down. Always gets my heart pumping... Usually do one of her bodyweight workout plus her medicine ball workout then one Freeletics workout Monday through Friday... I miss going to the gym... But I think I'll end up in better shape just doing her workouts! 😁😁😁. Thanks again for the great workouts!! I truly do appreciate it... Keeps me sane and focused during these apocalyptic days our country has been going through...

Good workout, but wish there was more instruction during the workout moves to explain proper form. Feel like I was basically doing it "blind" without any tips on how to have proper form
