- Q-Coach Ariel decided to switch it up a little this time by giving you a full body workout using just a medicine ball. All you need is an 8-10lb medicine ball, or something like it, and you've got yourself a tough 30 minutes of work.

I see your video is from 8 years ago, but it certainly helped me out today. Thank you! I'm 70 years old and recovering 8 months since full knee replacement. I'm trying to do exercises to help my belly as my weight is normal but my belly still hangs. Sit-ups and anything similar on the floor always ends up hurting my back. I liked that your video was all standing. The two floor exercises you showed I did on a bench so they were doable as well. Thank you.
It's the 2nd time I am doing this exercise with ab 11lb medicine ball and I feel the difference! Can you please do more complete med ball workouts??? Please 👍😊

I used one dumbell and a light ball for the floor slides. This was great. Sweating like crazy.

Nice video this, the medicine ball is a great way to work out because it's not your normal workout everyday routine, the exercises you do with both the dead ball and the wall ball is a lot of fun I give my students a variety of exercises to get them in top shape, many of them have lost the pounds and have really toned up.

3:42 that squat position is a big no-no for your knees and hip's health. Care with your sumo squats if you don't want to injury yourself with them.
