  • In this video, Dr. Rowe shows a fast elbow pain relief fix using just a BUTTER KNIFE.
    It's easy to do, and may give quick elbow pain relief in as little as 30 SECONDS.
    This exercise is based on muscle scraping, which helps break up adhesion in the soft tissues around the elbow. This helps loosen a stiff elbow by loosening up ligaments, tendons, and muscles that aid in elbow motion.
    Think of it as a elbow massage taken to the NEXT LEVEL.
    It's great for helping to relieve pain from golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis) and tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis).
    So if you're dealing with elbow arthritis (osteoarthritis), elbow pain after the gym or working out, tendinitis, dull achy pain, stiffness, or general soft tissue tightness -- this is something you're not going to want to miss out on!
    Watch now and get those elbows feeling better INSTANTLY!

    SpineCare Decompression Thank you so much Dr. Rowe! I have severe pain on the inside of my right elbow & I get Cortisone shots every third month… I just now followed your advice in this video & kept going for a good while, focusing on the most painful spots & it helped! I could bend my arm with less pain! I can’t hold it bent, but at least I could do it! The pain from this elbow keeps me awake at night. I do have work injuries in my neck, shoulders & lower back & I get Cortisone shots in those areas also - even in between my vertebrae’s in my neck & lower back. I’m happy I found your channel & I’ve subscribed! If the exercises you show can give me pain relief, even for a short amount of time, I’d be SO grateful 🙏🏼🙂‼️ Thank you again & God bless you 😇‼️

After decade of lifting ( mostly benching), my left elbow started to feel a little sore and was having a lot of crack sound during benching, doing triceps push down and even just a simple fast punch move. I had done some physical therapy treatments in the past but it doesn't seen to work well for me.
    Can you kindly give me some advice? Thank you !

    Hi how many times per day should I do this? Thank you.

    • @DrRowe
      @DrRowe  3 роки тому +2

      This can be done a couple times a week, evenly spaced, if it’s helping. Just make sure there’s no soreness in the area by the next time you do it.

    How often should i do this?
    I have a bad case of golfers elbow right now (from crossfit). When you said to do the pointy end of the knife handle, I found a bump about 2 inches towards the wrist from the inner elbow joint - there isn't a bump on the other arm. Not sure if this was always there but I think not. Ugh. The pain from this is so bad. My training is pushed right back. Meh.

      2 to 3 times a week, evenly spaced, works well.

    Can I ask if you have any views on the frequency and duration of treatment? Is say 5 or ten mins every day too much for example?

    • @DrRowe
      @DrRowe  4 роки тому +2

      For muscle scraping? I personally would do it as needed, daily if the muscle is really tight and then decrease frequency as it improves. Make sure you're not causing more soreness in the area by doing this too often, if that's the case... decrease the frequency to a couple times a week or less.
